Hi, when I was younger, I was told I have Aspergers Syndrome, an autistic spectrum disorder. I went to a pub to meet some friends in my car, there was a carpark behind, the signs were hard to understand, as one said Authorised Vehicles Only, so I thought because I was a customer there, I could use it. It was dark, so signage was hard to see, but I parked in this space, and when I left a friend came out after asking where I was parked, and then telling me I will get a ticket. Can I say I was diagnosed with Aspergers Syndrome, and couldn't understand any signs, as it was my first time, would it come under the Equality Act, if I get the letter, and appeal and they reject?
