    Is anybody else having issues with Google 2 way sync? Example: A customer has made an appointment in Amelia and they call and want to shift it to the next day. When I access my Google Calendar and drag it to the next day, it does not communicate back to the Amelia Calendar on the Wordpress backend. Anybody know a fix?

      the 2 way sync mean that if the employee or the client change the appointment date it automatcly goes sync in both calendar, BUT it has to be changed in the front ou banck end of amelia, not in the google calendar itself. try to do that! I wil see that it works fine. but drag in the google calendar won't affect the client agenda

      Hi there, thanks for writing in. We do not have an option for seat booking per se, but you can create a service and set capacity for that service. This way, no more than an exact number will be able to book.
      For example you have a theatre for 100 people, you can create a service with maximum capacity 100, so the booking will close when the capacity is reached.

    I have a problem, in amelia booking I have 10 sessions for example to Monday 3-March on 10:00 AM to 8:00PM all sessions are approved but google calendar show me only 1 session not the 10 sessions. I did correctly the steps in your video. Can you explain me what is the problem? I did only the step Sign in google account, all previous steps (in my case) are unnecessary.

    Hi, I have a problem, once the service has been booked, notifications reach the customer but not the employee. the employee sees the booking on Google Calendar but the email doesn't arrive

    Hi, I want clients to be able to book the same service for same time slots. Like for a yoga class, where 10 people can book on the same time. How do we do this set-up?

      When you offer group classes you need to set capacity of service to 10 and to enable the option "Allow booking below minimum capacity" in Amelia/settings/appointment settings. When this is enabled, multiple customers will be able to book the same time slot, without having to fill in the minimum capacity.

    It's not working I connected my calendar but it shows all slots open even they are busy in google calendar and also wenn I book an appointement they are not shown in my google calendar. Very disappointig to have to go throuch a 15 minutes video while other booking tools just a typing in the google email adress is enough to get it work.

    Had an. Issue with having to go through the verification process of the app because I uploaded a logo! I got an email from google and I mentioned not needing a logo and was told that it cannot be removed. They are making me go back and forth trying to get the app approved! Any suggestions??

      @@AmeliaWordPressBookingPlugin Absolutely an issue for employee logins from frontend. I'm able to connect and sync ANY gmail account if I'm logged in as the site admin, but if an employee tries through the frontend, it returns a 400 for not being verified. (I have submitted for verification, we'll see how that goes).

    How can I sync each customers with their google calendar? Does this happen automatically when an appointment is made with an employee whose google calendar is synced?

      Hey there. The Google Calendar integration is only used by employees. However, after an appointment is booked, the form offers Google, Outlook, Yahoo, and iCal to the customers. If they select "Add to calendar", and select the calendar they want to add the appointment to, the calendar modal will open (or an ICS file will be downloaded, depending on the selected calendar), which will allow them to add the appointment to their calendar.
      You can also send the ICS file in the notifications if you enable it in Amelia's Notification Settings.

So each of them will get bookings to their mail.     Thank you for your videos! I couldn’t get the bookings made on google calendar to show up on Amelia. I can see it on the google calendar and the slot won’t be available on booking. Any setting to enable booking from google calendar?

      Hello, can you please check whether the “Remove Google Calendar Busy Slots” option in Google Calendar settings on the Settings page is enabled?

    It works fine when client reserves on web. But the hour is not the hour of reserve. And if i add a reserve in google calendar, is not blocked on amelia.

    If Amelia connects/sync with Google calendar then you can not book on front end the slot in case the slot has been blocked via an earlier booking. Thats great! But if the employee has blocked her Google agenda for a personal reason, does Amelia also sees this? So you can not book as customer this time slot because its blocked by an other (not Amelia) appointment?

      If Event in Calendar is set to busy those time slots wont be available for booking. The integration is made to make it easier for employees to block time slots. And if they have private commitments or if it is a booking in Amelia, those slots will not be available for booking at the front.

    How do I configure a Event to be placed at google meet? I believe it can be done for appointments, but what about events with 100 people for instance?

    Just one thing is not working for me. If I have a meeting on google calendar (that is not booked by the Amelia system) for example between 12:00-13:00, this time is still available on the schedule of the service. what do I need to check?

      Hi there,
      Can you please check if that event in Google calendar is se to "busy" and also check in Amelia settings -> Integrations-> Google Calendar tab and then enable the option "Remove Google Calendar Busy Slots "
      This should do the trick.

      Hello there,

      You can not add or show bookings that you already have in your calendar in to Amelia. What you can do is you can block the times that you already have as busy in your calendar so that those times can not be booked in Amelia. They will not show as available for booking.
      We will mention just in case that the plugin cannot be used for multi-day bookings.

      You can set up if you want for your services to be online or in person, for online services you can use Google meet or Zoom integration and the customer and employee will get the link for the online meeting.

      Hi, yes! Each employee can connect his/her google calendar. For the group bookings, all who booked are added to the google event.

      Yes, our plugin is using WordPress date and time settings so can you please check which time is set in your main WordPress configuration.

Can you please reply to the support ticket I put in at the same time I made my comment here? I sent a video of the issue I'm having and haven't heard anything. I think support tickets should be more important than replying to comments on UA-cam.
