Southampton fan here - Will watch with keen interest how he fairs with you guys. He got off to a torid start with us and really didn't do himself any favours, but can't ignore the affection Luton hold for him so definitely something in there. We weren't in the best place when he was appointed, but we went downhill very fast thereafter, in his defence however, he was brought in at a terrible time, as Ralf should've gone the previous summer instead of waiting for the World Cup winter break. He boiled over hard with the press, which added to results and, more so, performances... He was never lasting. Good luck, all involved.

IMO Nathan Jones wasn't given a fair chance at the big money clubs. He did great work at Luton Town, really bringing the club forward. I'm glad he's got the Charlton Athletic job! I hope he gives the fans the success they deserve.
You should try and get Allan Campbell on loan from us. Nathan signed him from Scotland and it hasn't worked out at Millwall for him. Would be a real asset.
He has got a tough job ahead of him, he desperately needs an experienced center-back that has leadership qualities, and a defensive midfielder who breaks play up in transition, he also needs some luck. I believe he can keep us up, if he does that then he is a savior. if Charlton Addicks fans if we all didn't have optimism, we would have been finished years ago. I just hope Nathan has made it clear to Andy Scott, to not interfere and allow him todo is job. COME ON YOU REDS
