Grapow and Fried Rice are amazing friends. Hard for the Thai chef to understand though as fried rice is a meal by itself…! When I lived in Trat my local Restaurant got used to my requests form fried Rice with Grapow on top aka ‘Grapow Farang’ 😂
Hey Gary with Joe👍the pad thai Queen is very humble, her son is in good foot steps of his mothers great cooking !The presentation with banana leaves is unique beautiful, i love this, all looks so delicious, my stomach is growling 😋😍

Didn’t know they’d put crispy pork into the pad Thai mix! I’ve had crispy pork for breakfast and for dinner 😂 and those three dishes just make me want more
As a Thai, i dont like Pad Thai that make it too sweet neither. The cook make it sweeter than usual just because it's easier for foreigners or tourist to accept their Pad Thai. Take a renown welknown Pad Thai in the tourist guide for instance. That's not how good Pad Thai should taste like. But real taste of Pad Thai is to have all flavours in one dish. This restaurant is one of the best. A little bit of this of that and flavour full and texture full. That's the real Thai taste.
A good pad thai on it's thaime is alritee khrab pi, love your video's make me want to dive in Thai culture more and more even with a Thai girlfriend for 1 year and going to Isaan the video's are really related to the culture which I love. Would love to see you go to Isaan and have a new video series there 👌
