The chart at the end removes ampicillin as at option if it is VRE, but in reality you would still use amp/amox if susceptible. If E Faceium, vanc resistance often comes with amp resistance, but for E. faecalis (the more common pathogen) amp/amoxicillin is almost always an option.

The best option is amoxycicline 875/125 clavocilin take 2 tablet per day for 21 day and apple vinegar 2 table spoons with water it solved my problem of enterococus faecalis totally and enjoyng the life!!!
