@Preet Marjana detached house will cost you around 400 cad to 600 cad per single person.. if you want full house it will cost you around 1500cad to 3000cad based on how many bedrooms.. And for Trucking jobs you will need truck driving licence. If you have that licence there are plenty of jobs out there. But you cannot get truck driver jobs as a student.

Lots of green, tall trees, and the waterfront to enjoy. Long miles of paved walkways for walkers, runners and recreation. Fountains and flower gardens along the waterfront. Little Italy and Walkerville. Asians, Indians, Arabs, Whites all have their own restaurants and areas with shops. Old Victorian architecture and also newly built modern neighborhoods. Booming market for homes in tiles, bath, flooring, kitchen, building supplies. Safer then Detroit (professional football, basketball and hockey, concerts) yet still the great things to do there and come back across the border. Windsor Regional Hospital is excellent. My brother just had brain surgery there. Of course London and Toronto offer more and are specialized, but it is still great care. The university used to be low on the scale compared to others but in the past 10 years it has become one of the top 10 due to influx of smart international students. Love Windsor. Glad my family moved there recently. If you don't want to live in the city you can choose a small town just outside such as La Salle, Tecumseh, or Lakeshore. If you're thinking of moving contact Nadia Khalaf. No. 1 realtor in town. Good luck everyone.
I moved to Windsor in 2018 from Toronto and lived there for 2 years and found the city lacks many activities and professional people. Unless you cross the border, the city does not provide options. Glad I am left and in US.
Comparing Toronto to Vancouver, Edmonton, Calgary, Montreal is more of a level comparison. Having Detroit downtown for sports, concerts, casinos, Greektown. And Detroit's suburbs for shopping and dining helps Windsor close some of the gap when comparing a city one-tenth the size of Toronto. There are times when people that have the means use the medical centers in the Detroit area, which one or two they are among the best in the U.S. but if you have the money why would you live in a cold climate and not somewhere in the south. What is nice a weekend drive to Chicago or Toronto is close to the same distance from Windsor. In the summer Northern Michigan is beautiful. A lot of my friends moved to Toronto for work, cannot compare job opportunities to a city like Toronto...
Can we live in Windsor and in case we need to go to hospital can we go to nearby Detroit?? Waiting for months at hospitals in Canada is a big challenge
Windsor is a quite city, good to the people who like tranquility....good time pass visiting sculpture Park or fishing in Detroit river....it is worth watching Gen motor's fire crackers night on the river which is once in a year...generally in July.

If you compare costs between windsor and toronto, windsor is more expensive. The illusion of Toronto being more expensive is only for housing. Did you notice the people in the video could careless about answering people? If a medical emergency happens in Windsor, depending on the situation, sometimes the person is brought to Detroit or even London. As for housing, Windsor housing is one of the most unaffordable in Canada. This is due to the fact that for a long time, windsor used to be the most affordable community to own a home. Hi sir I m civil engineer please tell me about the job situation in canada bcz many people says there is difficult to find job in canada. I want to settle in canada with my family plz guide me.
I have lived in Windsor, Ontario for 19 years now. I prefer Windsor to London (2hrs away) and Toronto (4 hrs away). Windsor is like the Miami of Canada (often warmer)! For example, right now (6/11/2022 @6pm) Toronto is 70F/21C and Windsor is 76F/24C. The temperature difference is often even greater. Windsor therefore has less snow and rain than Toronto or London. Spring comes a month or two earlier in Windsor, long before London which is incredible as its only a 2hr car travel away (e.g., Windsor will have green grass, leaves on the tree's, and flowers while London still has yellow dead grass with snow). Pros of the city include diversity in population (AMAZING cuisines - Italian, Chinese, Indian, Vietnamese, Thai, Jamacian, etc), walking trails and waterfront paths. Areas that are really nice to live include south windsor, Walkerville, east windsor or the town of tecumseh, Belle River, the surrounding towns of LaSalle & Amherstburg. In the summer there are events such as Art in the Park, corn and strawberry festivals, rib fest, poutine fest, music and wine festivals, etc. The Casino hosts big artists and comedians. Detroit and Toronto are nearby for other large concerts. Windsor IS MUCH smaller and quieter than Toronto but it has a nice pace of living. When I spend weekends in Toronto its always nice to come home to Windsor. Traffic flow is good in Windsor (EC-Row expressway, riverside drive, Tecumseh Rd, Whyandotte, Huran Church, and other major roads allow for fast travel around the city). Cons: Lack of modern apartments and high rise buildings creating high rental prices (although more apartments are being build new - still medium to short in height though), post-covid the downtown night scene has suffered a little. Please note: I have lived in all 3 cities. I found Toronto to be too chaotic and costly (E.g., parking, waiting in traffic, people don't hold doors for you at the mall - it closes in your face, inability to easily access greenspace - had to drive to walk nature paths). I found London to be white washed (I myself am white), sterile, filled with drug users and old decaying homes, terrible bland food, and poorly designed roads (born there and returned for university). Western Univerity was a bad experience relative to the university of Windsor (re: buildings, students, education, and professors).
@nataliem1070 are you sure you werent talking about windsor. Look up price comparisons, some foods and utilities more expensive in windsor then toronto. Windsor used to be most affordable housing in canada, now its one of the worst. Do you live in windsor now? Last summer was one of the coldest in windsor, average high of 26-28 for july august and they could not hit 32 until late september if at all. Your hit on toronto seems like stupid reasons why you left. Also seems you like complaining about every place you CHOSE to live in.
Windsor has been my home for over 8 years now, came here as an international student. Very quiet place and can definitely get multiple blue collar jobs either in Windsor or in Michigan 😀.
Middle eastern settled families are more in windsor. Asians (indians, pakistanis) just study here and move out. If you are with mechanical engineering background person, and fresher, windsor have many opportunities because of automotive vendors in large numbers. And talking about house prices, windsor is not cheaper compared to GTA locations like Brampton, markham, scarborough. A nice house in Windsor at proper area will cost you atleast 700k CAD. And if you want to buy a big house in proper area atleast be ready to pay Million CAD. You can find cheap houses but that only around university of windor, that too old houses (atleast 20 years old). Lasalle, east windsor, south windsor are the area one can consider for buying new houses. Lasalle and east windsor pricing starts from 700k and south windsor around 100k.I know many Indians searching house from last year in windsor around 500k CAD, but not able to find any. 80,000k house and all are just talks, it might be in shady area where no one even like to pass by. The only money you can save on is insurance in windsor are low compared to GTA. Also options for spending huge money are less so you can save there too 😂
If you looked at price comparisons, windsor is technically more expensive then toronto. But people only quote housing, which, prices in windsor are rising faster then toronto.
Windsor is one of the worst city in Canada. I live here and the population is about 400 000 now with no great water orno great parks or no great scenery . Do your self a favor and look for better. Trust me I live here. Price is not everything
This is true. The problems in windsor have been magnified ever since King Drew Dilkens took office. You remember when drew scared people into voting for him by saying do you want to go back to the 1980s. At least things were affordable in the 80s. Windsors greatest days are long behind them and never coming back. They should have voted for my friend mike tessier when they had the chance.
London has more welfare trash, but windsor has more illegals, homeless and drugs. If you dont mind being robbed or having your car broken into in downtown windsor, then thats the city for you
Yup, so true. The health unit, which is also ran by one of them was saying windsor was most polluted city in canada last summer. Little did he know, it was just all the people cooking with curry. 😂

It was hotter decades ago in windsor. I believe it was 40C in 1988, they never hit that again. Especially last summer when they couldnt even hit 32C in july or august. Their average high gets 28-29
Cute earings!! I couldn't stop looking haha. Thank you, I've lived in Mississauga my whole life but I want to move to Windsor for school in Detroit. Seems like it will be good

Hey can you Make video on comparison video on London Ontario with Toronto
We're thinking about moving from the gta because it's impossible for us to buy a 1.1 million home..
Utilites, more expensive in windsor along with a lot of foods.
Hi guys. My cousin is coming from India for January intake how she can go to Windsor from Toronto on cheapest price.
Cheapest price. Could always stick out a thumb and suck drivers deek. You sorry you asked lol
You're looking at listing prices and not sales price in your house assessment
God bless you and your family
Thanks for pronunciation tip 👍
Well investors will be locked out of buying houses as they are one of the reasons why prices have risen and it also prevents younger people from buying a home and raising a family.
Please make video on Toronto (GTA) or London Ontario. Also mention which part of the city has good school and India community. Thanks!
Please make a video on Scarborough nrar centennial college progress campus
Please mention about the weather and cost of living, student life.
Planning to move in Windsor. How about healthcare job?
Fat chance
Sounds great 👍

Hi sir
I m civil engineer please tell me about the job situation in canada bcz many people says there is difficult to find job in canada.
Invaluable feedback. Thank you Natalie
@Natalie Thanks a lot Madame. Can you please compare with Kitchener Waterloo? Please.
Hello do you think I can get a job in the pharmaceutical industry I work as a sales Representative in my home county
Thanks for information
Windsor has been my home for over 8 years now, came here as an international student. Very quiet place and can definitely get multiple blue collar jobs either in Windsor or in Michigan 😀.

Please is it easy to get PR in Windsor?
Can you please do a video on "Albarta Vs Saskatchewan", which one is cheap for living and has job opportunities in banking.
Well done 👍 thanks for sharing
The thumbnail was inviting 🔥
could you please a video regarding textile design masters amd job opportunities over there.... plzzzz
valuable info...
Which is better London or Windsor??? Plz reply
London has more welfare trash, but windsor has more illegals, homeless and drugs. If you dont mind being robbed or having your car broken into in downtown windsor, then thats the city for you
Aapki timing bauth gelt hai video upload krne ki mera her bar 100 % net khtm ho jata hai jab apki video aati hiaa😅😅 fr Hotspot magna pedhta hai.. 😅😅😅😅

Because Windsor is more like an Indian city now just like Brampton
Yup, so true. The health unit, which is also ran by one of them was saying windsor was most polluted city in canada last summer. Little did he know, it was just all the people cooking with curry. 😂
