My first and favorite dripper in 2023 was the Hario Switch! That's the dripper I first purchased because I didn't have a gooseneck kettle yet at that time. I like it because of its versatility and it's easy to use and brew delicious and clean cups of coffee :)
In 2023, the Origami Dripper didn't just change my coffee routine, it transformed my mornings into a delightful ritual. I remember the first cup I brewed - the aroma filled my kitchen, and the taste was unparalleled. This dripper is not just a tool, but a piece of art; its elegant design and vibrant color brighten my day. What sets it apart is its versatility with different filters and the exceptional control it offers in the brewing process. It's more than just my favorite coffee dripper; it's a cherished part of my daily life. I can't imagine starting my day without it!
Favourite dripper has got to be the origami dripper with its versatility and ability to accomodate various filter papers. Have been getting good tips from following your content. Thanks a lot!
I just got into coffee brewing last year and so far Origami Air S is my go-to. It's just really easy to work with and eliminates the worries of breaking it. And the most important part is that it's beautiful.
My favorite dripper, not just in 2023, but since it’s release, is the Origami dripper because of its versatility in being able to use both conical and flat bed filter papers, and bonus points for being in so many colors 🤍
In 2023, I experimented with different drippers and filter papers at home with the V60, Goat Story Gina, Origami, Tri-up flow dripper, and Hario Switch depending on the type of coffee. Tetsu Kasuya's Hybrid Switch Recipe was an interesting discovery for me and it is a useful recipe for people who are newer to brewing coffee with less reliance on the skill of the brewer. Some people say it's a lazy way to brew coffee but its beauty is indeed in its simplicity of it. End of the day, there isn't a best dripper but it's great to try different using the same coffee and different drippers. One of the things I loved about Glitch coffee in Nagoya is that they would switch it up, like 3 days a week they will brew with a Gina, and for another 3 days, maybe they will brew with Origami so customers get to try the same coffee using different drippers at different parts of the week.
My favourite dripper in 2023 is the origami for its versatility. Still exploring and trying different methods with it and still figuring it out so it has been making brewing fun for me and also it is aesthetically very pleasing to look at on the counter!
Can't wait for more videos this year! My favourite dripper for 2023 was the plastic Cafec Flower Dripper. I especially love how the filter paper looks when flushed against the wall
The Origami Dripper is definitely my favourite dripper in 2023. I even bought the Homeground Green because that colour literally cannot be found anywhere else! Apart from the colour, I liked how versatile this dripper is, in terms of using different types of filter papers.
My favorite dripper of 2023 was the Cafec Deep 27. The design is very novel and always brought joy to me during use. I learned that anaerobics and naturals really shine with this dripper, whereas lighter washed coffees tended to under-perform. Great video though, I originally didn't watch it, because I saw the CT62, and was afraid that watching the video would make me want it even more than I already did haha.
In 2023,the most fav dripper is Hario Switch. The reason is that I can play around with my brewing techniques and have fun with new outcomes. This give me an eye-opening exp I're never seen before!
my favorite dripper is actually the OG, the v60! From day 1 of my coffee journey, it's been my staple and it's the only dripper I still consistently use till this day. It will always be the OG in my eyes!
My fav dripper for 2023 will definitely be Hario V60. I started off my brewing journey last year and my trusty buddy, V60, has walked me through different beans and brewing methods. For new entrants, I will recommend to start off with Hario V60, will not go wrong😊

experimented w the april dripper and kalita sagan last year but still found myself going back to the v60! definitely curious to try another conical dripper w an even faster flow rate!!
I’ve moved back and forth with droppers, but the plastic v60 is my favourite for this year. It’s simple, everybody has one, easy to learn, hard to master. Especially since I like to make iced filter - percolation with a cone dripper means there’s no room for error for getting a good extraction.
My favorite dripper for 2023 would be the Origami Air for it's versatility, being able to use different filter shapes improved my taste a lot. tysm for sharing your experience! keep it up!
Lovely video! My favourite dripper is the Hario Switch - access to great Cafec filters, easy to clean, very versatile with hybrid or percolation or immersion recipes!
I started brewing and actually drinking coffee in 2023. My favorite dripper in 2023 is the only one I've owned and used which is the Hario V60. This year I'm definitely getting more.
I always enjoy your videos because of the important factors and straight to the point sharing that will be beneficial to the home brewers. Favourite dripper for "Natural" will have to be the OG - V60 Ceramic, where it all started. Favourite dripper for "Washed" goes to Origami Ceramic for its beauty and flat bottom. 🎉
I think you are one of the kindest brewer in the world. You prove yourself as a world champion, and then you share a lot of knowledge for FREE!!! My favorite dripper in 2023 (since 2019 actually) still a Classic Hario V60 ceramic because this dripper depends a lot with brewing variable and teaches me a lot.
My favorite brewer of 2023 was the Hario Switch. The ability to open and close the flow allowed me to experiment with various methods of brewing such as Tetsu’s Hybrid Switch method.
2023 buying many dripper, but Timemore B75 and Cafec Flower dripper is the most i used until the Hario Switch ceramic arrived. Can't wait what 2024 will brings in coffee, keep goin creating content like this, thank you!
My favourite dripper in 2023 was the Orea V3. The consistency across brews makes it really great for the first cup of the day when your brain hasn't fully switched on yet! Sort of similar to aeropress but with higher clarity and brightness
My favorite dripper for 2023 is the V60! Very reliable, still a daily driver for me since I'm very much familiar with it. Lots of recipes to tweak and experiment with as well.
Thank you for explaining the different variables and how to adjust for them! My favourite brewer in 2023 was definitely the Origami Air. Although having previously tried the ceramic version, the lower thermal conductivity made my brews more consistent for sure!
Love your contents! My current favourite dripper is the Cafec Flower dripper. The dripper brew a well balanced cup and it’s soo easy to calibrate a beautiful cup.
My favourite dripper for 2023 is the Origami Dripper S size. Got this in turquoise color.. simply loved the color when I saw it while in Tokyo. Knew about this dripper only when I saw your videos hence decided to get one. Good recommendation and look forward to more videos!
My favourite go-to dropper is definitely ceramic ORIGAMI S! Its versatility with both V60 filter paper and the Kalita Wave filter paper makes coffee brewing so much interesting and fun. Especially brewing with beans from Homeground, the suggested recipe states on the card gives home brewers a good kick start to explore the new bag of coffee beans. 👍🏻
Fav brewer so far would be the plastic Cafec Flower dripper! But would love to get a chance to try other drippers like CT62 ✌️😆 Btw, really enjoy the video and the knowledge shared, TQ!!!
Favorite dripper in 2023 was easily the Origami S and our collection shows it. Bonus... I've been trying to figure out the brand of that mug ever since I saw it on the Coffee with April channel - Home Coffee Brewing with April #9. So big thanks for the heads up!
My favorite dripper in 2023 was the Kinto OCT. After years of using a plastic Hario V60 (decanter), I was looking for a stylish dripper with a relatively fast flow rate but that was ceramic, and the Kinto fit the bill well.
nice short video on how the dripper and its characteristics affect the ending brew! my favourite dripper for 2023 has to be the Orea V3. i just love it’s consistency across brews and how the brew ends up to be sweeter and heavier bodied.
Last year I started my coffee journey hardcore and had the rare opportunity to try out a lots of dripper but the only one I own and with lots of practice is actually v60!! Just the simplicity of it and making my default recipe work like charm every single time was just too good. Its the cheapest yet have served me almost 500+ times( yes i make that much coffee mainly for my partner, friends and families) and every single time it has served me well especially after perfecting it. Always had my eyes on the new CT but was just little out of my budget.
I am an immersion brew person using AeroPress and French Press since the start of my coffee journey as it is more forgiving and less attention required. I will like to explore new flavours from my coffee beans via dripping/filter method and different pouring techniques.
Informative as always 😊. My fav dripper : The Origami Air S.Sticking with my origami, can’t go wrong with it, easy to start with and consistently brew a a beautiful cup of coffee. Can’t wait to get a chance to win This CT62 dragon set. 😊

April and Hario V60 (01) drippers, these usually give most consistent results and became my most fav in 2023. Love your content, it bring me a lot more understanding and great mindset for brewing coffee. Hope to see more from your channel The fan from Thailand 🫶
My favorite dripper is Holtklotz A27. It’s gives your coffee a taste of balance between sweetness and acidity. Feels like a flat and clone dripper into one. ❤
My favorite dripper will definitely be Kalita wave hahaahah. Always a fan of light roasted coffee, and i just find that Kalita wave can slightly bump up the body and sweetness from a light roasted coffee. But more importantly, my mum likes it 😂
Started with v60 > origami ceramic black > kalita wave Sagan > orea v3 across the years... last year I came back to the origami black ceramic and used it the most. That will be my favourite dripper for last year! Hoping my new favourite dripper for 2024 will be the CT62... 🌚
Origami air s is my favorite dripper I just started brewing a year ago and enjoyed well of the outcome by using origami. Hoping to experience other more brewing equipments 😊
I really enjoyed the Origami Air S I got last year from Homeground! I think just the ability to use both conical and the flat bed kalita paper made it such a versatile and fun dripper to play with. Currently brewing the same Haru Suke you have there :) Side note: 2nd choice dripper would be Hario Switch for the Ice Ice Baby when I'm looking for iced coffee.
my favourite dripper in 2023 is SD1 dripper made by hiro lesmana. because this dripper can minimize chanelling in brewing, and makes the coffee more sweett.
Origami Air is my current favourite! The flow rate is faster compared to my V3 orea. If I use kalita wave with OA, I am able to go a tad finer with the grounds for certain beans. Would love to get a piece of CT62 to try out the amazing features I've been hearing about. Praying for a Huat Huat Dragon Year 🐉 ♥
My 2023 favorite dripper is the hive because it gives me more flavor retention as a slow coffee drinker 🤭 I hope my 2024 favorite dripper would be the erik liao’s hario collab but I couldn’t find ways to buy it yet 😭🤧
My first and favorite dripper in 2023 was the Hario Switch! That's the dripper I first purchased because I didn't have a gooseneck kettle yet at that time. I like it because of its versatility and it's easy to use and brew delicious and clean cups of coffee :)
