Nope. It does deal with a particular Chess match held in Bangkok, but there is a whole lot more than that. It is referring to a lot of specific things on the "seedy" famous side of Bangkok the song is basically spending a whole lot of time talking night life in Bangkok w/the lady boys and tons more references, but at same time they are talking about the chess match and comparing.... Spend a bit of time in Bangkok it will all become a lot more clear. I will never forget my first time there.... Wandering the street late at night, couldn't help humming this song "One Night in Bangkok makes a hard man humble".
