Hello Joan I´m your big fan and I´m currently living in Paris so I´d like to recommend you some of my favourite places! When you go to Paris you need to go to Pharmacie Mabileau!! They have every french skincare brand there and also great prices! I recommend you buying Embryolisse cream, Caudalie grape water or Avene spray, Klorane shampoos, Nuxe oil and creams etc etc. :D and also near Opera station you have like little japanese/korean part of the city with lots of restaurants and some cafes. For shopping Galeries Lafayettes are not bad or you can go to the Rue RIvoli and then BHV Marais for clothes and stuff. French pastry can be found in any boulangerie and there are many in Paris ( or you can try out the luxurious Ladurée, Pierre Herme, Angelina). If you are going to Louvre and there is big line outside ( in front of the pyramid) you can enter by little shopping center Carousel ( you have also a food court there and cafes). And also every wednesday and friday Louvre closes at 21:45 so if you want some late visit at the museum that´s the best time because there is almost no one! I hope this helps you a bit and just want to tell you that I love your videos and I got into skincare and stuff because of you❤ Have a nice day!!

HELLA LATE BUT: I've had the same thing happen to me with makeup/face wipes, so now I always put them in sandwich-size ziploc bags. Sometimes with other leak prone stuff too (for some reason, lotion is always a huge culprit).I also feel like it helps keep them more fresh inbetween traveling. ALSO, I would be super interested in a Korean konbini video!

I love hearing your skincare reviews as you're traveling! Tip- to help with breakouts on the chin, try not touching your face, I've noticed you do that often. I used to do that and that helped with breakouts!
hey babe, the rose stick is a second cleanser or a morning cleanser and it foams upon contact with water so it's not an oil based cleanser. It's actually a tad drying on my skin which is why I had to give up using it. Hope it works out for you as there are many who love it.
Joan for the rose cleansing stick you actually just have to swipe the stick across different parts of your face only once 👍 once is definitely enough to have a more than decent lather and leave your skin squeaky clean! I use it as the last step in my cleansing routine after an oil based cleanser. It helps to balance your pH levels so I heard using it last is most effective! I've been using it for about 3 years now and have been hooked since. A true HG 💗
I have repurchased the Sum cleansing stick over and over. It has oatmeal in it which is so nice for sensitive skin. Be sure to rinse it after use and leave the lid off until dries.
Hey Joan, The Su:um stick is actually a 2nd cleanser, you swipe it on a slightly damp face. The foam is very light, but effective when used after your usual oil cleanser! Its also ph-balanced, so its great for protecting your moisture barrier. :)
Agreed! Its super gentle as a 2nd step cleanser.

The suum stick has a slightly foaming action, so no, I would not classify it as a cream cleanser. Also, I have never found the stick to have the makeup 'melting' properties of a cream/oil/balm cleanser.
ah so foam, but protects the moisture barrier. will see if it can replace my Rohto Hada Labo cleansing foam which I find a tad drying despite the fact that its supposed to have hyaluronic acid :/...

The Su:m37 miracle rose cleansing stick is actually a foaming cleanser and not an oil cleanser. It does have lots of oils in it though, like coconut and olive oil, so if those are acne triggers for you, I'd avoid it. I also just swipe it on my face a few times and I find that that is enough to get a good lather, so you don't need to apply so much.

I use that cleansing stick! I bought it after seeing gothamista's video on cleansing sticks, but I use it as my second cleanse so I don't wash my face with another face wash after it, I just oil cleanse before it. I normally wet my face, then swipe the product on both my cheeks, my chin, and my forehead, then I use wet hands to lather it up on my face. I recommend either keeping the cap off for a couple minutes to let the product dry or putting the cap on but storing it upside down so the water drips into the cap and it's dry for use in the morning (this is important because it's humidity that breeds bacteria in soaps and this way you don't have to wash the top of the soap and lose product as quickly). It would be great if you could review more of their products, their essence is amazing and ridiculously expensive haha
