You're not letting us down. You're driving a really old bus and it's going strong. It's fun to see how you maintain it. It's a good lesson. Keep 'em coming.
No way, Larry! It's never a let down when you do these kind of videos. Das Bus is the means for the adventures, & lets face it you are the warranty! Besides we all get some constructive ideas with how you kit out your ride, it's a win win all around. Keep up the good work!
So cool...just like hangin' out in the garage. keeping the ole girl happy is what it's all about! Gotta get me an EZ Camper hat, since I have one! Sweet.
It’s a 65. When I bought it in 05 some of the EZ stuff was trashed such as the bed, jump seat and the cooler. The closet, and head banger, table and mini rear storage were all good. A buddy hooked me (major) with a Westy jump seat, pull out bed and a cooler. My bus is a hybrid. EZ Westy. lol Love it! Take care. Hope the hurricane doesn’t screw things up for you! Rich🌪️🌬️

Good Monday morning Paul, Hmmm 🤔 a cup holder? Ok, I moved it from the Dash down to the floor so it wouldn’t be in the videos. Nobody wants to see a coffee cup and all the other things bouncing around. That way it keeps the dash clear of debris. 😘
Hey Kevin! Well, If I can put a air cleaner hole in the roof anything is possible. 😁as for the "Logo's" I did a month are so ago. Still need to do the sides.
Enjoyed 100%! I use a leaf blower on the interior of my Sprinter and call it a day… would much rather have a super bitchin’ old bus like yours and do what you are doing (except that I lack to skills to do what you do, ha!) Keep these great videos coming, always look forward to Vintage Overland Wednesday!!!
Will do Rich, I'm getting stuff done with the weather we're having. Wednesday video for sure. Haven't missed one yet. Anza Borrego in the near future. (warm)
Larry! I've been behind in my video watching! Damned work keeps getting in the way LOL. I love me some maintenance vids! For a new generation, they have no frame of reference what it takes to keep the old iron going. You actually need to WORK ON IT! haha. It's a learning experience every time and that's part of the fun to use your own two hands to keep it running. The satisfaction of a job well done that you did can't be replicated. Love it! Hey, that under-the-bench-seat storage is awesome! Adjusting the valves, is that related to the dust, or is that something you've just been meaning to get to and now's the time? Hope you did ok with all the rain! How about all that snow, eh?! Man, that Johnson Valley dust is like talc! O_O Nothin' like hosing out the INSIDE of a vehicle, right? :D What's the purpose of WD-40 on the Air Filter (I'm unfamiliar with this practice)? An oil change deffo wouldn't bug me. I'm curious how it works on the bus since I'm not a bus owner! Roll it together with the valve work too? Groovy music! Great vid!
Had to make notes for this one. Updates & maintenance is a lot to owning a old car /right. I’m averaging 1000 miles a month, so I do a lot of Oil changes because of the dusty roads I travel on. I check / adjust the valve every time I do a oil change. It takes only 10/20 minutes to do. I had snow for 5 days (on the ground). Loved every minute of it!! Johnson Valley dust was super fine and dense. While driving, Some portions I could only see a few feet in front of the bus. WD 40 traps the dust in the gauze air cleaner. I clean the air cleaner all the time, so I’m able to use WD-40 instead of the K&N air cleaner oil. Cheaper😊 Shhhh about the under the seat storage. 👀 Have a good night my friend. 🙂

You got that right! What year EZ? That was a gnarly trip. I still have dust / soot in the bus from that one. 🚐🌵😬

Weld some semaphore posts into that thing!! 😁 Love the VOA logo on the back. Is that new? I don't remember that on there before.

For real. Came here to mention the leaf blower. It’s super ghetto, but honestly it works a-mazingly well
To much fun! I can't stop laughing. Hey that's my late 1970's disco name... "Super Ghetto" LoL!
