Ok u have to admit,she has a great personality! She's effortlessly funny and really talented. She doesnt come off as snobbish like some other artists who are not even half as talented or successful. Seeing this made me like her 10 times more. Keep up the good work Meghan ! :)
The situation that happened with that girl who was so fearless to step forward and ask to sing for him was disheartening, and M knew how heartbreaking that must've felt. She must've felt so compelled in that moment to be THAT fearless and inspired but for Gayle to kind of laugh in her face was just heartless. Makes you wonder how quickly you could be crushed by rejection.

I just found this, and I like L.A. Reid more than before. I could not like Meghan any more than I already do. She is fabulous. I am disappointed in Gayle King's reaction about the person in the audience. It's not like they got to the stage. She was way too judgmental.
Gale thinks she's a powerful woman,who's above everyone, and can do no wrong. She could humor that girl,and let her have her 2 min exposure it won't hurt. People go on talent shows, get the approval,and then get eliminated in a flash,even the winner,sometimes, goes into obscurity very quickly.
Or Gail could not be such a buzz kill. I don't necessarily think the girl was owed an audition, but Gail didn't get where she is by herself. I am sure she got some big breaks along the way.
Gale could’ve handled this with a little more grace and heart. She could’ve said let’s do this, let’s just get your information and we’ll see what we can do after the show. And that saves everyone face. Gale is horrible

Gail is such a terrible interviewer ...i love to hear what LA Reid had to say and was very interesting but i found Gail very condescending and found her questions very inappropriate i watched his interview on WBLS radio station watch that ..they were real and gave hommage, wasnt impressed with this interview
I understand wanting your shot, however there is a time and a place. Instead of impressing LA she made herself look like a crazy person in front of him. Like those crazy people from the competition shows.
