Dinesh ,why didn't you put the container of sorrel in an ice bath instead it would have cool down faster ,you went through all that by throwing in cup to the next when all you had to do was put it the ice bath which you would have gotten a faster result ,like when you want to chill a bottle of champagne.
Sometimes you just feel like doing things the old fashioned way, in the video you may have heard my mom saying that she used to cold my milo like that for me when I was small, those memories make me feel happy and that's why I choose to do it that way 🥰
Food look soooooo delicious. I like the way you cooked your curry. Nice and simple. You didn't put all those things like coconut milk, ochra, sigan and other ingredients like the guyanese does.
