and why do the prosecutor beg for close hearings while the BK wants everything public? BK needs massive payout when he's freed

It's incredible to watch bunch of ppl bring up this much nonsense without any background to backup their theories, just insane.
Woman: "He's a sociopath and this was his first kill".
And you know that how? Based on what grounds u dare to make such acquisitions?
The fact is, if this guy did it as a sociopath, it'd be next to impossible that this was his first kill. ..( Literally impossible).
If he did this as a sociopath it means this wasn't his first kill based on the way it was done, it means he has done this before, more than few times w the same MO, but we just don't know about em, n if there's no prior criminal activities as such then he could've been the witnessing party to someone who actually did the crime ( his behavior doesn't fit w that profile either) , or we have another case of Pam Hubs going on here (fits the profile) loll.
Based on the evidence so far this guy doesn't fit the profile at all, but for some odd reason I see so much persistentes from the media trying to force believe ppl into: "let's all believe he did it and avoid evidence, facts, and profiling. He was following the girls on insta and liking their pics, therefore he was obsessed w them, so he did it".
TMZ is right about one thing tho, some of the things are strange in this case, but it definitely isn't Bryan's behavior, it's the prosecutor's team, the cops and the roommates , their actions have been nothing but sus, questionable, flat out jaw dropping and playing out right in front of everyone's eyes, but I don't see anyone pointing at any of those odd behavior , but let's talk about how he's a vegetarian and those girls worked in 2 famous vegetarian restaurants...(I mean ...wtf..?..!..) ,, ya,,something def isn't right w this case for sure.

I agree with so much that you're saying the only thing is is you put in there about him following them on social media and liking their pictures that's not true there is no connection at all found between him and Idaho for its was said in court that there is no social media connection he never liked any photos and he did not follow that

    • @AryaStar-wg3wd
      @AryaStar-wg3wd 21 день тому +2

@@ashlee895 very true, but I'm playing the "devils advocate" here, let's say yes he was following these girls on social media and liked their pictures, well.. we call that normal social interaction n not a obsessed body (like what we're doing right here).
I have studied criminal psychology for almost a decade and I can say anyone w a little bit of background in criminology would've seen that this guy doesn't fit the profile the very first week they made the arrest. ... I remember on the 3rd report i called it lol.
But I can say this tho. .. The guy who did this wouldn't be following or liking the girls pictures, he's the type who feels way too almighty to ever do that, he's the guy that if he ever looked at u, u should feel lucky that he looked at u, but he got humiliated by these girls and it definitely was public.
We shouldn't be looking for a sub teacher, look for someone in power, from money, w high political ties. Private but very well feared with some sort of physical shortcomings.
when he did this, he had the roommates as his audience, and leaving witnesses behind is the main part that makes him get off on this specific event for him, otherwise there would be no point in the murders at all.
He definitely didn't do it alone , he probably had 1 or 2 other people who are on his payroll with him.
Losing evidence, demolition evidence, keeping the families in the dark, protecting the roommates on their lies, isn't based on the DA's laziness, they know who did this and they better do their jobs right which would be covering up in this case, and BK, should keep his mouth shut if he knows anything (which i say he does).

@@AryaStar-wg3wd and there touch dna which is very unreliable. If people would actually do research on what touch DNA is . I'm sure you know but from what I learned.. basically it's you leaving a skin cell behind when you touch something.. so every single day as you go around you leave behind your touch dna it can go anywhere . But anyways so there was a case that I had watched recently where somebody was picked up by a paramedic earlier oncin the day and right after they were dropped off at the hospital that same ambulance with that same paramedic that had a different call that was a murderer victim , well they took their stuff in, they did what they could the person ended up dying on the scene it was a homicide , and the DNA from the person that was in the ambulance before, ended up leaving touch DNA on one of the EMTs or his belongings and it ended up getting on the crime scene so they charged this man over touch DNA and he was convicted but he was finally released and exonerated and they actually caught the correct person. in the genealogy stuff is something that I don't think is completely reliable unless you have someone who really knows what there doing.. , and with his touch dna , the way that it went through three different Labs nobody could find anything till it went to this one lab that basically won't tell how they got too his dad then too him.. I've also heard rumors that it matches somebody else too and something about it's a statistical match I don't know you got to remember what is true and what isn't true.. I really look forward to watching the trial I'm waiting for it everybody thinks Brian Kohberger is guilty because he's just sitting there and not saying anything , he is being smart because he has a PHD in criminal law and he's going for his Masters or he was so he knows what he's doing.. everybody is just like he's not fighting and he's being quiet and that's why he's guilty all because he isn't acting like a fool and he knows the law system and there's no reason to make it hard on himself . I honestly believe that he is innocent I mean I'm going to feel stupid if he's guilty but they better show some things very convincing to make me believe this.

I have a screenshot about this case. Could be a troll but some guy says his cousin did it and there's a relation to Bryan. The name Cleery was mentioned. Again, could be a troll but WHAT IF? With connections to Bryan and the name Cleery mentioned, seems weird. I mean, rumor had it a Hannah Cleery was bullied by one or a couple of the now deceased roommates... Worth looking into.
Want it? Where do i email it to?
Edit: the comment was dated April 23. The dude says "its his 2017 Sonata on the CCTV" about his cousin's car, who is not Bryan but supposedly there's some connection/relation.

I'd say something way deeper is happening here based on the cops, prosecutor's team behavior, and the mainstream reporting . At first it looked like laziness but Lil by Lil it started to look like a cover up to me, first losing evidence, hiding evidence, then demolition evidence, meanwhile they get a guy and they just say: um.. he did it bc we say so... !...
Only someone at the top can pull this type of fukry and have the DA looking like a bunch of lazy fools, yet have mainstream trying so hard to make BK look guilty and taking attention away from all the fukry happening in the most obvious including the roommates, who are lying through their teeth, (which is the other thing)...at first I thought they did it or were in on it, but why were they being protected instead of questioned? Id say, it's bc they saw but they have been instructed not to talk by the law enforcement themselves...be it FBI, CIA pick any high agency u like who had a lil chat with em, making sure they wouldn't talk.
I think this is way bigger than what we thought, but not too hard to point out who did it if someone decides to start really looking into it. I can already give a profile on him and this type of unsub is hard to miss in a crowd.

Now I don’t know if this is true but it was said by someone that a white car had turned down the street that night and it was the street that Hannah used to live on. I think it would be interesting to look over the research he did with killers for his studies. Wasn't he asking for anonymous accounts of what they did??. Some of these questions might be answered there maybe.
If he was targetting an individual, would it make sense to wait until they had left the house so the public could see and hear it??, and also the risk of them escaping would be higher as well perhaps. They would also have had a heads-up about him approaching, so it wouldn't be a good idea on the face of it. Sleeping/tired victims, caught by surprise in an enclosed space makes more sense for a planned event it would seem.

Bryan Kohberger was studying psychology. He particpated in a class project in which he was one of several students who conducted a poll on Reddit.
I have absolutely no reaso to think that Kohbgerger had anything to do with this crime.

@@JeffSherlock LOL..nice work sherlock. He was actually studying for a PHD in Criminology, not Psychology, and asked on Reddit for anonymous criminals to tell him their stories and experiences, it wasn't a poll.
He made the Reddit post himself, using his own name.
I just looked and he didn't ask for 'killers' as I first commented, but only for 'criminals'.
So what's your opinion then on why they would try to prosecute an innocent man with a flimsy case for such a high profile crime??, for example could it be something to do with him buying a knife/sheath of the same type as found at the crime scene with his DNA on it??

I think Kaylee was his target. The other three were collateral damage. He knew Madison lived there, didn't know she'd moved out, and expected her to be in her old room with the dog. On the way out he was confronted by Ethan and killed him, which woke up Xana, and he killed her. I fully believe it is that horrific and simple. He only intended to kill Kaylee.

Madison is not the one who had moved out, Kaylee is the one who had moved out. The dog belonged to kaylee. Maddie and Kaylee were in Maddies' bed.

Kohberger is not as smart as people give him credit for.... psychopaths aren't smarter they just worry less, empathize none, and take lots of risks. This guy used to shoot H for a thrill... he's not that smart. He could have easily thought he'd get away with this.

well he had been addicted to heroin as a teenager so he had some experience in the crime world buying it and interacting with drug dealers. and possessing it. i don't particularly see why this couldn't be his first murders, if you've gotten yourself into the mindset of doing one murder doesn't seem like a big jump to do multiple ones. he may have felt like he had the advantage of surprise and if someone started screaming he could get out of the house quickly enough to not get caught, particularly if he thought it was all women there
