I was at this show. It was supposed to be at Rich Stadium and it was moved to Darien Lake because of poor ticket sales. It was an incredible night with the amusement park directly behind the stage. It was the first time he ever played the song live.

They literally had never played it…on the bootleg of the show you can here Bruce laughingly tell Danny to get up close, so if you F it up everyone can see you..they worked out a few chords and this was the result..that last line ….”I wish, I never have to let this moment go” what beautiful imagery.

I was lucky to have been there - in addition to that beautiful line which summed the whole thing up perfectly -listen for two moments where you can hear the crowd react quite loudly - firstly to the line about the rock and roll band and people dancing out in the open air - and secondly to the line ' can't remember where our car's parked '- the parking situation at Darien Lake was horrendous that day!!!
