I don't know about Rashid, but I know I can track Nash down with either ex hadoken and CA. Any other way to punish?

I tried a few streams but PS4 shuts down the broadcast if I tried to join or invite someone into lounges...

will it work if the characters with fast v-reversals activate on the first possible frame? ken's is 10f startup and if ryu's 5mp hits on the first frame there's 12f before he can act
