Why would Utah leave regional teams like Arizona, BYU, AZ State, Colorado, even Texas tech and TCU to play Boston College, Syracuse, Duke, Wake, GA tech, SMU, ect…when Florida State, Clemson, UNC and more are probably leaving? It makes no sense.
They developed a massive ego in their short p-5 history.
You are correct. Utah's not leaving unless the B1G comes calling, which would have already happened if they were wanted.

Why would anybody give this story any credence for two seconds? Utah is not gonna join a conference in which the best teams are desperately trying to leave! What an absurdity! This is all just ridiculous Clickbait.
IMO, the only reason Utah will ever leave is if they have an offer from one of the super conferences or the ACC somehow magically finds stability and increased TV revenue. ACC pundits out there are claiming that ESPN is working towards a new TV contract that prioritizes brand value etc. It would allow FSU and Clemson to leave top the B1G presumably. Who knows how true that is?
UTAH may fit better in the WAC
If Utah leaves the B12 it would be panic for the conference regardless of how anti Utah you want to feel about them. This goes for really most of the B12 teams, just a dumb statement

I don't think Utah is going to the ACC, but the more they protest, the more I think it might be true. Like Saban insisting emphatically that he's not going to Alabama.😊
