@@JustForeverSmile how long did it take? In total to fully expand your palette? I’m torn between doing the piezo knife surgical assist expansion or the just normal expansion with her. I saw a patient she had took 2 whole years of expansion
@@hazexo1131 the first expander, I split at 2 weeks and was actively turning for I think 6 weeks. It was kept in for around 4 months. Then I had it replaced with the second expander and turned that for about another 6 weeks. The second expander was kept in place for another year maybe. I think it was a year and a half with the 2 expanders and I think I was also a complex case given all my bite issues.

I had a very narrow palette, so much that she had me do two rounds of mse expansion. It is much wider now. I am female and was 24.
