It says to do some medical tests from a govt hospital or a reputed laboratory and then go to sbi medical officer in Noida,Delhi Agra, uttarakhand or dehradun,anyone of them. They wil fill some kind of another form and that form you have to submit in dv and the common date of joining is 17 April. Please make a new video for this explaining everything.
