Back in the 90s I had a board JUST like that jelly one, but it had black "gel" in it with a rainbow background, so as you "drew" on it, it would reveal the rainbow design or you could smoosh it all flat so it was all black. It was super fun hahah.
This thing was often so frustrating, because in the infomercial it looked, as it always does, so much better. I always loved to explore things, and still do, so one day I cut it open, because I wanted to find out what the “magic” black stuff was. I’m pretty sure the black jelly had stuff in it, that today would be banned, but I really loved touching it. Sadly my mum threw it away, because she was afraid of the toxins in it, it really smelled highly chemical 😀 I also can remember that I had a clear pencil pouch with jelly inside and you could squish it in your hand. But as everything fun, my school banned it, because 90% of the kids had it and you just couldn’t stop fidgeting with it.
The jelly one reminds me of these neon notepads that you could draw on, and then lift up the plastic up and it would make the drawings go away and you could start over
I remember! Back in the 80's and early 90's there were stickers that had different colors of gel that you could squish with your finger and it would morph into another color! Here's a related story: I met my husband the summer before he started his last year of college. We did the long distance dating thing and I would send him care packages (usually food! LOL). l liked to put goofy stickers on everything to give him a chuckle and I put one of those color morph gel stickers on one of his care packages. He liked it so much he stuck it on the fridge in the apartment he was sharing. Here's the wild part. One of his room mates was fascinated with the thing and would squish it around in amazement. He was color blind. He said that goofing around with the sticker was the first time that really understood the concept of different colors mixing and becoming a completely different third color. Bizarre to think about. Oh, and Bunny, I'm pretty sure the red and blue gels are separated by a thin layer of the clear plastic. You are trying to squish the top layer to get the red to move and the bottom layer to move the blue.
I think the blue and red thing are layered and red is on the top layer so it will be hard to push the blue all the way out unless you had a ton of time haha
I had a pencil pouch and a notebook with a jelly filling like that. Some books also had covers like that... Just another reason why the 90s were the best
there was a as seen on tv product that was similar but it was all black called "Marvin's Magic Drawing Board" but i do remember pencil cases that had water or maybe a gel with glitter in them too
I had SHOES with that goo stuff in the side in the early to mid 90s, and they were the BEST. Everyone else in kindergarten had light-up shoes, but mine were squishy goo. So that meant I got about five foot massages a day when people wanted to play with it. It was deeply amusing to me at the time. Haha Just did some googling and figured they were called Converse EFX Touch Shoes. I had the second version with “even more efx.” They were white with pink and purple goo.
OMG Bunny!!! The jelly board is like the neon trapper keeper that had gack or some other slime like substance in a window on the front. I wanted one sooooo bad.
I remember in the 90’s I used to have a T shirt with a coke bottle on it filled with jelly like that! I remember it was so popular in limited too! Wow that memory was lost in my brain till I saw that
I remember the neon pink magic slate that you could draw on with your finger or a plastic "pencil " and you could lift and it would go back plain. Maybe thats what you are remembering?
I had one of those faces with the bald guy in it and instead of those beads it was like magnetic stuff in there. You could give him hair, a beard or whatever.🤣 Oh the good ole days.
I think the thing u r thinking of had a rainbow back board and a thick black pocket over it u used a scraper or a finger nail to push rhe black out of thr way to see the rainbow underneath. People used it sort of like a dry erase style board to make Doodled words or outlines
It was pencil cases and trapper keepers from nickelodeon. I still have mine with the goo in the middle. There was also the little face things that had magnets you would make beards on the people with. It had the little red stick with a tiny magnet on the end!!!
OMG i remember the pencil case which had the jelly stuff in it. you used to get it with stars/hearts in the jelly too. I also had a notebook with a bit on the front that had the jelly in
So the little bead one reminds me of a thing I had as a kid where it had metal shaving inside and a picture of a man and you had some magnet pen or something and you could move the shavings around to put it on his face don't remember what it's called and the other one remind me of exactly what you said I also had a pouch for school that you put pencils in and I think and it was just like that gel stuff and moved around I don't remember exactly what it was called
I remember having something as a kid like the jelly on only the background was rainbow and the jelly was black and you have to use the knife to draw pictures like the rainbow scratch paper
I loving to see your sweet face this AM😁It is a mystery and I am starting to buy fidget toys and so great to watch you trying them out💓. Thank you Bunny!❣👍👌✌
The gel thing seems like something that would just be fun to squish around and not actually make a game out of it due to the unpredictability of the gel/slime, you can't really 𝕔𝕠𝕟𝕥𝕣𝕠𝕝 it. The bead game seemed 🅾🅺 but omg so redundant. I think out of 🄰🄻🄻 the fidjet toys we have seen so far I would have to say that my favorite ones would be the fake food stretchy toys because they take me way back to my childhood when I had a fascination with fake food and loved to play with it.
When I was a kid I had something similar to this, it was a face and it had little metal pieces and a magnet that you could move the pieces around and give the face hair and stuff like that
think cardboard white dry erase style board with a neon plastic over it, then you draw with a plastic pen and when youre done you lift it up and it "erases" the drawing!
Mine was way back in the 70´s, I think it was also black, and when it broke smelt like oil or something horrid, it came with a pencil or something scratchy, remember ecther sketch, something like that, crazy , I have a game called kerplunk, real 70´s game, tall tower with plastic pointy things that go in the tower, then fill with marbles and then you take the sticks out trying not to make all the marbles fall...my childhood...weird...
with the jelly one are they in different sections and then laid on top of each other to give the effect of being mixed? when you turned it over the blue stood out more than the red. i know you said that it seemed that one was lighter than the other but even then they still would become purple? wouldnt it??
Love you bunny! I’m reaching out to the swamp fam, I really need dental work done and it’s expensive. I want to laugh again, be free from pain. Between medications, depression from the loss of my sister, things are bad. Does anyone have links or resources to where I can look?! I’ve googled my heart out. It’s just so expensive.

I just do not get why people post videos to this Tic Tok. I thought I was the last person who watches them. Nice to know I'm not alone. Lol. Thank you for that😊😉

It’s called Marvin’s magic drawing board! I loved that thung
Marvins magic artist. I came here to say the same. The results were never as good as they were on the infomercial
That's what I thought of first!

That's what thought of too. Those were awesome. Especially the sound it made when you lifted the plastic sheet.
i remember something like this but it had metal shavings and a magnet to move around to make hair and facial hair. Hope you have a great day Bunny 😊
Exactly right!!! 🥸
Fuzzy John or something like that, yes!
@@bcgrote it was called whooly willy lol my grandparents had one when I was a kid and I spent hours playing with it.
I had a pair of mermaid shoes in kindergarten with the jelly squishy stuff except it had glitter and a little flounder in it.

The rainbow art set from the 90’s maybe?
the two colors are probably in different pouches, one on top of the other.
Your vibe makes me so happy!
the jelly board reminds me of Marvin Magic Drawing board. I had one as a kid growing up! It was a board with black jelly and a rainbow background.
I think the board w the beads could be really fun. And you can try a lot of different things with it changing the background
This reminds me of Wooly Willy the picture with the magnetic balls
…an Etch a sketch…??? 🤷🏽♀️😂
Yay! Love a new video!
Was it a Nickelodeon stationery thing? I remember my kids having something like that ☺️
These unlocked some forgotten memories like Those pink 90s plastic pads that turn yellow when you would write on them and you peel it up to erase it
The color bead one looks amazing 😭

Trapper keepers and pencil pouches we’re jelly like that
I remember having a notebook with the cover being like the jelly one.
Reminds of those bald head guys and they had alot of little metal scrapings inside you would move to give them hair with a magnet pen

I would really enjoy lots just to squish the jelly back and forth and up and down.
its the feeling of an ice/cooling pad!!
I remember a little notepad type thing that you wrote on you picked up the plastic peice and the writing went away
