for the good one, you can't for some reason for the evil one, you have to either finish the story mode in all arcs or use 2000 z premium coins to buy her on the shop
Technically, you _can,_ but it's unlikely to happen. You need all 3 of the following: All 7 Dragon Balls found(meaning some combination of 7 full autocombos and/or Level 3 super moves to land) 7 bars of meter (which means either your opponent let you charge your meter in front of them, or you've been saving it up by not using your super moves or teleportation) To get a full autocombo (meaning your opponent escaping or blocking any hit of you mashing the Light Attack button means you have to try all over again). Usually, unless you're specifically aiming for Shenron, the match is over before you find all 7 balls, and saving up all 7 bars of meter is genuinely a bad idea. On top of that, it's only 1 wish per match, so . . . make it count.
I understand eternal youth and wanting to at least stay young but immortality literally means you can’t die and pass on to the afterlife and given that you basically have to live through all the bad stuff that you’ll see while your friends and family are in the afterlife will just drive you mad, there’s a reason why some say immortality is a curse.

Technically, you _can,_ but it's unlikely to happen.
You need all 3 of the following:
All 7 Dragon Balls found(meaning some combination of 7 full autocombos and/or Level 3 super moves to land)
7 bars of meter (which means either your opponent let you charge your meter in front of them, or you've been saving it up by not using your super moves or teleportation)
To get a full autocombo (meaning your opponent escaping or blocking any hit of you mashing the Light Attack button means you have to try all over again).
Usually, unless you're specifically aiming for Shenron, the match is over before you find all 7 balls, and saving up all 7 bars of meter is genuinely a bad idea. On top of that, it's only 1 wish per match, so . . . make it count.

I understand eternal youth and wanting to at least stay young but immortality literally means you can’t die and pass on to the afterlife and given that you basically have to live through all the bad stuff that you’ll see while your friends and family are in the afterlife will just drive you mad, there’s a reason why some say immortality is a curse.
