God is a refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). This 20 minute Christian mindfulness meditation helps us take refuge in the shadow of His wings until the storms of destruction pass us by (Psalm 57:1-2).

Beatrix I've written the words, read them, and listened to this all day because I am so unsettled in my mind my body and spirit - struggling with everything and this has comforted and stilled me. Sometimes Jesus puts obstacles in our way to redirect us back on the path he has set for us but how you and others react and addapt to those obstacles doesnt change how someone feels.

I cannot tell you how helpful these videos of yours are to me. I intuitively felt I needed Christ-centered meditations. All of the well-known ones ( meditations/ mindfulness) are based on other religions or philosophies (albeit w subtlety) and they just weren’t right for me. I had a sense I had to guard that portal into my mind, heart, and soul. When I finally found yours, they changed my life for the better. I hope you continue making them. I am so picky, but I listen to and watch yours-everything is just right, including the heartfelt message, prayer, scripture, tone of voice, intonation, inflection, pacing, and imagery. Finally, someone has put it all together. Now, more than ever, we must be careful what we are putting into our minds and hearts. Thank you.

Hi Beatrix, I really love your meditations especially the one’s with music. They are so comforting. Just something you may not realise: Ads are now in the meditation times which is a distraction. This video has a couple. I don’t mind them at the beginning. Thought I’d let you know ❤

I love your videos and calming voice. The only thing is that there is always about two ads that interrupt the meditation. Those ads should not be in the middle of a calming meditation like this. I hope that can change. Thanks.

Ugh. Apparently UA-cam changed its policies and have the ability to now run ads even if creators don't want them and / or aren't monetizing their channels. I have to think about how to deal with this. Really appreciate you bringing it to my attention.
I hate to complain when something as wonderful as these meditations are blessing me but... Why, oh why, are there two ad breaks in the middle of most of Beatrix's meditations? If there was one before and another one just after the end, it wouldn't matter. But during?! It really feels jarring to be jolted out of deep presence with the Lord and relaxation in Him, by these ads.
Pse could youtube be respectful and remove ads in middle prayers?????
I wish I could. I'm sorry. UA-cam's decision and policy is why I created a website to offer digital downloads of some of the meditations - www.bestillbiblicalmeditation.com . Very moving and helpful but at 2 critical spiritual moving places, it gets interrupted by commercials. At the beginning and end, it is ok, but is the purpose of posting to help people or get paid?

I also offer ones for digital download at a cost, which will hopefully help cover the cost of designing and maintaining this website, which has been surprisingly costly. I have had a lot of requests over the years from people to buy them so they can have them permanently, so this is also designed for that purpose.

Okay hear me out while I was in the middle of meditation and trying to communicate with my Lord and Savior in my heart you were pretty talking a little bit too much and it's kind of threw me off
Kinda creepy. I feel strangely energized as if the hypnotic sound just polarized me into being wide awake. I don’t think that’s a good thing. It just doesn’t have the same effect. Kind of like trying to shame me into doing something someone else wants for me instead of letting me be who I am. Don’t like the new company. Sorry.
