I disagree. Namma yatri is the only app where one can book autos with least possibility of cancellation. It may take time, but once someone is confirmed they are more likely to show up. They also don’t ask extra. In all other apps- cancellation possibility is higher and drivers asking more is also higher. I live in the interiors of KR pura, and it’s difficult to hail autos here- but then I am using the app almost everyday since a year now to get to office. So ya, I do know a little
Like your views 😂. Next time when you are in dangerous situation, try getting in touch with their SOS or other safety options. Drivers are notorious, bad, creepy. i dont even know if they do background check. In city like bengaluru, most drivers are associated to a political party and are thugs
Perspective varies from person to person. If you connect directly to the driver, driver are taking advantage of it by hiking the price creating a monopoly and problems like refusal! Focus on driver centric, wow , that’s why Bangalorean auto drivers misbehaving is circulating around.
Monopoly??? - it's just a supply-demand economics. In a competitive market - prices go down, in areas with less competition and more demand - prices go up. Auto drivers misbehaving is a completely different issue altogether🙆🙆
