RECIPE AND INGREDIENTS:
1 kg of small yellow potatoes.
4 cloves of garlic.
1/2 lemon (squeeze the juice, add the rest of the lemon to the pan with the potatoes).
1 tablespoon of salt.
Cook until everything is cooked.
Drain the potatoes.
Olive oil.
Mash the potatoes with a fork.
Drizzle with olive oil.
Salt.
Black pepper.
Bake at 220°C for 30 minutes.
30-40 g olive oil or butter.
6-7 cloves of garlic.
Fresh parsley.
Fry for 1-2 minutes.
Sauce:
60 g of Greek yogurt.
Juice of half a lemon.
Pinch of salt.
A pinch of black pepper.
1/2 teaspoon dried garlic.
Chives.
Dill.
