Our New House in Richmond Hill (Savannah Area)

- We have been moving so I have not been able to make any videos lately but I am back. Hopefully I will be posting fishing videos soon! For now I will show you the new house and neighborhood here in Richmond Hill Georgia. We are just south of Savannah and close enough to get o the big ity but far enough out to be in the country. We are near Kilkenny Marina and several other boat launches.
That salt water pool will be a blessing to Tammy and your bodies. It helps so much with pain.
It’s a beautiful home and yard. I used to live in Savannah Georgia in Rincon and Savannah. I lived in Rincon near Springfield Georgia
I would rather take a beating than move anymore.
I was just there in Richmond Hill visiting my sisters. We were all raised there. It is great place to live, full of history. It was once the plantation home of Henry Ford. My hope is to move back there.
Looks peaceful and is very beautiful! Now that's going to keep you busy during retirement, which isn't a bad thing. God bless you and all your upcoming fun projects!

WOW taking the tour left me speechless... what's not to love? You have so many beautiful amenities (love the brick & arches) at the new house & the peaceful country neighborhood is a huge plus. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful new home and video full of beautiful scenery of Richmond Hill, GA! It is truly beautiful. I once lived there when my husband worked at the TV Station in Savannah. We lived on Ogeechee Drive. It was absolutely beautiful. With Mr. Bill's Ice Cream Shop just up the street from us, we often stopped in to visit Mr. Bill, have some delicious ice cream, enjoy the trains, great conversations, and one day Gregg Allman was there eating ice cream too. Seeing your video warmed my heart and brought back beautiful memories of Richmond Hill, GA! If you get the chance to meet Mr. Bill, please tell him hello from Sharon, Rob, and Colin! We lived there back in 2011, right before Colin's 5th birthday and we didn't know anyone. Mr. Bill was so very nice and helped us make Colin's birthday special by having a party for Colin and inviting the local kids that often came into his ice cream shop. I will never forget Mr. Bill and how he helped us when we were new to the area and didn't know anyone. Mr. Bill was a blessing from Heaven to us and to everyone else as well. You are going to love Richmond Hill, I am sure. Thank you again for sharing and being a blessing to us all. Praying the Lord blesses y'all always!

Well welcome to the area guys😀 I live about an hour west of y’all, and generally fish out of Kilkenny most Fridays. Good thing with them is they have shrimp pretty much year round, even when no one else between Savannah and Brunswick does. Right now the shrimp look like lobsters they are so big until they move back inshore, have their babies and it starts the cycle all over again. As summer comes on you can’t even park around the marina for all the boats heading to the beach over at St Cats island, which almost makes it too rough to fish for all the boat traffic. Once you get situated, you will really enjoy fishing this area I’m sure!🙋♂️Fort Mac up the street has a nice marina, state park, and free boat ramp, but the current gets really rough there. I’m sure I’ll see you on the water soon, and I’ll say hello👍

Funny I found your video, as I used to live in Richmond Hill and then my husband and I bought an motorhome in 2003, sold the house to my daughter and travelled for the next 14 years, till he passed away in 2016. I then came back, and now live in a townhome in Berwick , which is north of Walmart on 17. The house we lived in, which my daughter lives in is in Strathy Hall. Since my husband was retired Navy we used to use the RV park at Kings Bay submarine base in St. Mary’s.
Beautiful place, the pool is my favorite. Thanks for trip to see your neighborhood. The boat launch area is fascinating.

My very good friend of 40 years moved to Richmond Hill from NJ 3 years ago and I’ve visited her many times since then. I absolutely love it and would like to move there after my husband retires. The area is absolutely beautiful and so many things to see and do. It’s only 1 hour away from Hilton Head, SC which is a plus. ❤❤❤❤

Congratulations. Beautiful property. You guys are like my parents who downsized then ended building the biggest house they ever had ... LOL ...It's all about investment. I want to see Tammy zipping down the pool slide!!! Not sure if your St. Mary's home has sold, but I would not worry about it, even with high interest rates. It's the size most people are seeking. Never seen a "boat lift." Very cool. Beautiful area ... but humidity is a killer ...God Bless.

Love it. We just went through central Georgia going down to Mobile. On the way back to NC we went back up through Savannah. We really liked Georgia, didn’t realize it was so hilly.

Beautiful place. Love the brick house and the pool! My great-aunt lives on Skidaway Island. They used to take us out on the boat. There are some beautiful islands in that area only accessible by boat. Wassaw Island North Beach is great.
