We're almost at this point on my brothers cabin build in Woodstock, Maine. Do you have to use plastic because the timbar has no vapor barrier? Check my brothers much smaller cabin if you want. NavyDavesVideos is his channel. He's still waiting on a septic install currently. Septic installs are so expensive. 😢

The insulation that I used (TimberHP) they recommended using an air barrier for helping with condensation, etc. Only because I’m using pine boards. Not needed if you use sheet rock or some type of covering with no seams. A lot of folks won’t even use it, especially in a cabin, but they recommend it, so I did it.
