Hello! Good evening! My name is Sensei.
From HG After Colony New Mobile Warfare Gundam Wing
I painted the whole Gundam Scythe!
I used Gaia Notes Polarized Pearl Paint Prism Blue Black, and it looks pretty good!
I combined it with fluorescent decals to give it even more of a Reaper feel!

I don't have a gloss coat. I use gloss or semi-gloss paint, so panel washing isn't a problem!

Sensei, I always sand the parts to 800 grit too. However, when I use 1500 surfacer, I can still see many small scratches on the surface, should I sand them to 1000 or even higher grit?

I basically polish with 800, but even with 1500 surfacer, the scratches seem to disappear to the naked eye. But if the scratches aren't disappearing, why don't you try sanding with a 1000 file or using a 1200 surfacer?
Is there an airbrush application amount or something? I'm sorry I can't give you better advice.

The eye glowing glint was made from the clear runner that came with the kit! The clear runners in this kit glow when exposed to UV light!
