Does it require vapor recovery system from vent of tank ? If yes where it is routed ?
Now the vapor recovery system is mandatory for oil terminals. In this system the vapor recovery was not there. In case of vapor recovery the condence vapor gets colleted in to system tank which can be later transferred to any storage tank.

Generally the flow meters are being checked for calibration every after 3 months

If that is your saying then yes it is true and it depends on company and terminal. Ultimately the local management is responsible for adhering to these rules.

Next one tank truck means? The safety harness is a mandatory requirement. Kindly let me the duration of video where you have noticed that.

इतनी लंबी की फालतू process है।। कितना तेल टैंकर में आएगा, मीटर तो बताएगा ही।। फालतू में लम्बी रॉड डालके चेक किया जाता है।। सील पैक किया जाता है और सिक्योरिटी चेक किया जाता है तो चोरी नही किया जा सकता है।।
अगर आप आयल इंडस्ट्री से है तो इस process का महत्व समझेंगे।
