Used the bike since Jan 2005, then sold it and bought a new one in 2018. Nothing beats it.

Unicorn 1st gen 11yrs old bike I've taken on 1100km long tour it was fantastic touring experience..
Positive - No Vibrations even cruising @90kmph, No back pain, No heat issue straight 290km ride , milage 50 - 53kmpl...
Negatives Only felt less confident @ cornering on ghats....
At waht intetvel you generally do servicing of your bike?? I also have a 11yers old unicorn

Guys i purchsed honda uni 2019 model recently.. on highway when i cross just 65 kmph the bike starts vibrating very much..i can feel heavy vibration on accelerator itself..why is it so..many people say bike runs smooth at 80 kmph.. please clarify my doubt..

@@vikasjadhav3299 bro i am new to 150 cc segment bikes.. actually i had hero honda passion pro before, i sold it purchased honda uni 2019 version..i have got 10 yrs expecience in riding 100 cc segment bikes..since i am new to 150 cc i dont know whats the exact reason..and also bike heats up very much even for 3 to 4 kms..engine heating is common in all bikes i know that..but this bike i can sense high heat radiation on my legs when i cross 4 kms..

I, been using unicorn since 2008 I gets around 55 always. No problem at all. Probably the most reliable 150cc bike in india

Purchased this new version 5 months ago, and the problems i faced is the poor quality by honda also after just 5k kms my discpad was completely finished and it made a line on the disc plate and the same 2nd 3rd gear problem as you said.

My experience from last 4 months.
I am 6 feet tall men and 96 kg.
Total comfortable bike and good seating posture.
Mileage I got after 1st service is 30 to 32 kmpl.
Due to I never cross 3 gear in my area because of fully traffic.
On highway I took once but not got to much speed due to dead traffic.
Colour of bike is good looking but quality is not good.
Breaking in traffic is best normal. Suspension is one of the best while front breaking.
Overtaking in traffic area is done well by unicorn.
One of the big problems if u r in 3rd gear and u need to stop or slow down, u can't continue with 3rd gear. Need to push down to 1st gear. Bike will struggle at 3rd gear when the speed is slow and u wants to do acceleration.
Head light is bad.
Mirror is normal but should be there something different.
Bike is heavy it's about 148 kg + 5 liter petrol + 96kg of my body but bike pull me perfect. But I will not get higher speed in highway due to weights that's bike carrying. Need to go for bullet for constant speed of 70-80 kmpl.
My 1st bike Unicorn 2019 abs model, sorry dream bike.

@@raghuj8323 I have travel only 560km till now. I have observed first and second gear was difficult to push and even 3rd gear. But till 500km I have observed. But when clutch get handy and I notice that all gear push softly. My Second gear is to soft that I can't hear voice while shifting. Even now 4th and 5th gear is also soundless. It depends on riding styles. It depends on right time of clutch and gear changes time.
