Had a teammate who was complaining about having shit teammates for a few games and losing a lot (I commiserated with him as i too was on a streak). We then did a decent push to a crappy defense and we both realized our healer wasn't too good, he told the dude he shouldn't be healer, but i could tell he was holding back. I suggested we swap, so I swapped off DPS to healer and the dude went tank, we were 1 tank 3 dps 2 heals, did a good push with the minute we had and held them back winning the game. The complaining dude then laid all cards on the table and started flaming the dude, while i complimented the other guy on his maturity to switch (that dude never said anything all game). Complainer sent me a FR, i logged off waited 30 min and ignored his request.
I normally lock Rocket because he's good at keeping himself alive even if your team doesn't help you out. I had a request to switch to loki to double up on luna ults. First of all fucking lmao for game planning around that but I'm a cooperative guy so I say sure I'll go loki. Had magik on my ass that whole game and then get hit with the "heals are AI" from my teammate that suggested building around 8 second plays. From now on there's gonna be a big ass disclaimer from me saying why I pick rocket and if problems arise when I swap I'm swapping back.
Question, when exactly did u play with the first guy? The iron fist, I swear I had this guy on enemy team 2 days ago where for half game he would just flame his supports instead of playing
I was playing Mantis, one guy was complains about heals. I thought where is this guy? Turns out he would over extend get shot in the face 1v4, 1v5 and never even looked for a health pack. The opposing team are bunched together and he would just run straight from respawn into the group and get wasted. I saw a UA-camr say "You have support not god mode", Made me think of that dude.
One time I had a Spiderman complain about not getting healed when we lost a round of domination. So I told him that if he wants to get healed he can't be going as deep as he had been. That I literally didn't have line of sight on him to actually heal him. He immediately improved his gameplay by letting me have line of sight on him and we won the game because he made adjustments to his own gameplay based on constructive feedback from his team. Most wholesome game of ranked I ever had.
Well, I don’t think divers should be getting healed, they have to dive the back line and leave or just create space, as a diver, you should play around health packs, so he was probably not clean when diving, therefore he was dying with no benefits whatsoever, imo a good diver doesn’t receive heals and is oppressive enough to die but still make your team win a fight, or not die but make the enemy team have to play around them being a constant threat
Dude when the team ACTUALLY comes together and works together instead of just being toxic and full of themselves it's the most beautiful thing ever. But those are once in a blue moon and the rest of the games are the usual toxic wasteland 💀
same happened with me as well, had 2 toxic players complaining of no heal, we won first round, lost second and for third round I asked them nicely to not overextend and try to stay together, we did and we won
I mean, tbf, the higher you go in ranked, if you do make 1 mistake, you unironically lose the game and you could afk. Support players make the most mistakes I have ever seen and when you call it out they cope. It’s when they cope, instead of accepting that they fucked up royally, then I’ll usually afk cause they truly don’t deserve the effort lol
@@karissas.815 I mean, idc tbh it’s better to chill than to tryhard just to lose. Because the higher the ranks you go, you CANNOT deadlift dead weight no matter what you do. It’s called a mental reset. Also, if someone takes responsibility for a big mistake I’ll absolutely try my best to win but these players, 95% of the time, don’t.
Ngl,that’s how I was for a bit when I got lord as spidey. But around 2nd season I remembered “it doesn’t matter if im awesome on one character, there are characters that can destroy me,I wont always get the same team who dives with me or pushes, and it will always be a hit or miss”. Which is why unless our dps is lacking,I’ll always happily be a support or tank.
While I do agree not all Lords are actually good... I recently was on QP and someone took cloak, usually no issue as I can play luna or Jeff. But he randomly said "your lord means nothing" I said "if it makes you feel better, its about the team winning not me lol". He lost us the game. And still wanted to shit on me for healing better using Jeff ;-;) We all reported him and I just now got the update that he was given a penalty for unsportsmanlike behavior. My issue was, he picked a fight with me because I had lord but I never said anything about it 💀 I just play cloak alot... anyways he ate his own words and did horribly. Which ig is his own lesson 🤷🏻♀️ I dont judge people just bc they have lord. But I dont think its something to brag about. If its that serious, go to comp 🤣
@@you.will.kn0vvlord only means you have high play time on that character. Which, usually means that youve learned how to play them decent, but i guarantee you that spiderman went 0-6 for 100 games to get lord
This. Beginners should start with a strategist/healer to get the game's fundamentals. When you're the sole healer in a lobby with 5 DPS, you know you're in for a tough one.
No bad dps can be a manageable struggle but a bad healer won’t heal and the whole team suffers. This is coming from someone mained mantis in the first season and I had a cloak and dagger in diamond who had 3800 healing and was complaining about everyone else
its crazy cause he has three abilities he can use to disengage. he can block on his way out, he can kick for mobility, and he literally has a self heal that can heal him to full and if you aren't super low it will give you EXTRA health
The biggest problem of most dive dps, is they need to remember where the health pack location is. Your support cant dive and they need to keep the vanguard alive to distract enemies, so you can flank them
This is why I love Venom. Venom is a dive tank so I can do whatever I want and as long as I jump into the whole enemy team and swing out of there alive, I'm good.
Know where the Health packs are AND know when to cut your losses and reset. The biggest issues with these players is that they over commit (or just use their escapes as damage). If the whole team decides to look at you and protect the support, or the enemy support gets healed before you can kill just back out. You got their cooldowns, youve just created an opportunity for the other 5 players of your team, if not at least creating an opportunity to reengage when your abilities come up while their are down (unless you're Iron fist who has to outplay or die). Theirs a reason why flankers usually have lower CDs on abilities than supports.
Very true. If I'm diving the backline alone, I don't expect my healers to even blink in my direction unless I come back to them. I literally just had a game where, don't ask, we had three supports, two tanks and one dps. I have no idea how or why I tanks never turned around to help, but we were getting dived on my a storm, venom AND Magik and our two tanks and DPS literally kept pushing ahead and never looked back. I've never experienced such annoyance lol They were literally trying so hard to be aggressive but never looked behind them. Then when we (I was playing a support as well) would spawn back in they'd be pinging that they need health and are critical. I eventually switched to a DPS, but the damage was already done.
OMG, i was that Mantis!! The first to complain about that Spiderman...I take this opportunity to apologize for my toxic behavior. I come from League of Legends, but i understand that this is a diffrent game, and i will make an effort to ensure this doesn't happen again.
7:17 Bro I can't believe you didn't heal him when he dove around a corner directly into a 1v3 with an _ongoing Luna ult_ and then used his mobility to put as much LOS-blocking terrain as possible between you. Supp diff.
@@Gaijins i agreed. just because i'm a lord hulk don't mean i'm going to win this match by myself. this game requires a good team, coordination, & timing to win. if you don't want to change to counter off iron man then keep your ego to quick play not ranked!
As a quasi-forever healer/support in almost every game, I find it a blessing when games count the amounts of heals you made and shows it for all to see. Just K/D/A isn't great, more games should show heal amounts, damage tanked amounts, etc... for everyone to see easily. I sometimes felt like garbage as a healer in certain games because I had no way to prove I was doing a great job when people came in with their "well look at my kills, that makes me right" arguments... and I know I was doing a great job, because I love being a healer, I don't do it because I'm forced, I do it because I'm good at it (which is always shown in games where they give ALL the stats). Healers/supports also often have to deal with the fact that they are a priority target for the enemy, which is not easy... having a target painted on their back. But people (usually DPS players) will blame supports or tanks every chance they get haha
It is really nice. Can’t tell you how many “healer diff” messages I’ve gotten when I’m solo healing and doing like 20k to keep these idiots alive. Makes me feel better that I know I was really trying to
That’s because healers are useless 90% of the time and don’t own up to their mistakes a support main is just someone who is garbage at everything else so they sign up for the bare minimum and want respect like nah you trash af for being support as is and even more trash when you don’t do your ONE JOB
While I don’t play rivals myself (I have been cursed with the ever unfortunate bug that often times locks me in a loading screen for eternity so I just said “screw it” and put the game on hold till I knew it was fixed) I CAN sympathize with a fellow forever support. Stay strong brother, your doing gods work
Another amazing experience is when everyone fucks off to different points of the map avoiding each other like it's damn covid all over again. Then you have to stick to 1 player while the rest complains about not getting heals.
Yeah. As a strategist I usually follow the herd and if they divide, then the vanguards/tanks. There is no way I am going to leave the group and objective for a straddler.
Basic fundamentals should be in the tutorial of these types of games. 1. Support your team, listen and work together 2. Dont take on the whole enemy team alone 3. Protect your supports, they're the biggest target, without them your not surviving. 4. If healers can't get to you keep in sight and also remember location of health packs. 5. Watch enemy positions, they might have an advantage location, be missing from the team, or your not paying attention to certain players. 6. Don't be afraid to switch to counter the enemy, picking the right setup is good teamwork.
Sure, but I also feel like that learning curve is _part of_ the game. They're transferrable skills, and the process itself of having your understanding unfold can have advantages
Sadly, none of these bad players watch their own replays to improve. They are blaming others because they are in denial and are literally AFRAID of watching themselves fail in replay.
@Lupain I totally respect that, but that's exactly what quickplay is for. People don't have to ruin other's people rank climbing to have fun. They can do what they want in quickplay match. Some people's idea of fun (me included) is a good, competitive, high-skill match. That's why I play ranked and want to rank up, and not be stuck with noobs, who just want to "have fun" and throw the match. Why do other people's fun is more important than mine?
@dzbanek4971 I get what you say, for myself I want to play ranked because I expect more fair games than in quickplay. There you often get matched against people that are 30+lvl above yours. If ranking would work how it should, then bad players would get filtered out and stuck in bronze, while good players would rank up and getting matched with same skilled and more serious players. --- However, I know you're not wrong... because thats not how it works, sadly. Many players who don't give a shit about teammates also end up in higher ranks because they have luck or getting carried. Causing trouble for all others.
Fun fact you can report people like the iron fist that went Afk for throwing and they will get a penalty, you also get a message telling you that you got them penalised. So remember to report people for going Afk.
Facts! We had a guy do this to our group the other night. Complain about heals, was the worst on the team by a long shot. Didn't like when people said he was the issue and he decided to stand there. We all reported it after and I received a message a few hours later saying they were banned from competitive play.
I'm not gonna complain and insult my teammates, but if we can't even leave the spawn point, and there's less than a few minutes left, i won't blame people for going afk or feel bad about doing it myself. Some matches are just unwinnable.
As soon as that iron fist was in the backline the enemy team immediately ganged up on him so he stood no chance of killing anyone the enemy team clearly were communicating and knew what they were doing
Yeah if you are a good diver you also need to recognize the games where dive isn’t needed/isn’t working. Whether it’s good comms or comp you aren’t going to be able to win every game with a diver in the current meta
It didn't help that he instantly ults right next to them and announced his presence to the entire team immediately, and then didn't even bother blocking their attacks to get overheal. Like the main thing that the ult does for you is let you spam the shit out of the parry for a ton of extra health so you can stay in and keep applying pressure. Instead he just screeches in chinese right next to the entire team and starts holding M1, meanwhile his own team isn't even there except for the CD mid ult that he neglected to stand in or remotely near for the healing. lmao. What the fuck did he think was going to happen? He just sees an enemy healer on his screen and his monkey brain tells him it's time to go in and hold down M1. Dude should just be a Punisher main if he just wants to hold down M1.
They should add in a stat that shows the healing you've received to prevent some people from saying no heals when they got tons of them Edit Thanks for all of the likes this is the most I've ever gotten on a comment before
i dont do ranked. but i enjoy playing support, invisible woman mostly sense she came out i had a guy bitch at me about healing, saying wasnt healing anyone...come the end of the game, which we won, and im sitting at almost 20k heals (round 17.5k) he shut up real quick XD
i feel like a "damage taken" stat would make a lot of sense, could be easily told who lived longer that way along with showing off what tanks were actually tanking much better instead of just showing blocked damage.
See that wouldn’t really work because most of the people complaining about not getting heals are actually not getting heals but it’s because they want to never be anywhere they could get heals so that stat would just give them something else to complain about when it shows they weren’t healed very much but not being smart enough to realize that it’s their fault
And then there's mantis mains who I assume just play guardians of the galaxy sound tracks while they heal and laugh at the ragdolls. I assume all mantis mains are transcended beings
As a spider-man main you can’t complain about heals if you play the character right. You just have to swing over to the ones scattered around the map🤦🏾♂️
I main spidey too, not quite lord yet, but close. I am baffeled at how badly that spiderman played, i barely saw him swing, and his hyperfixation on that scarlet wivh was weird, he should have focused more on the strategists, or at least distract them to give the team some damage diff on the vanguards, but of well. Also, in my opinion SW is annoying to try and kill, she turns invincible in a second if you mess up your combo
This. That said, they also shouldn't prolong their position in the opposing backline, either. Ruin cohesion and cause chaos, but don't be a target for too long, either. If the opposing team is gunning for you, your retreat and survivability narrows rapidly.
@cheffirdaus2886 Why are you diving with Psylocke? She's a ranged character. You NEVER dive unless you're using her Psi-Blade Dash and even then you're only doing that on safe kills.
As a spider man main I fully accept and play around the fact that I won’t be healed often. Spider-Man is so mobile it’s better for me to memorize wher ehealth packs are. Also since I main C&D for comp a lot I understand how hard it is to heal a spider man even if he is around because of how mobile he is. So as a spider man I usually tell healers to ignore me and heal other important teammates and I’ll ping or just swing to them and stand still for moment for heals. It’s also funny how a lot of “spider man mains” think they always have to be mobile. Sometimes I’m hanging on a wall waiting in a corner or just with my teammates is the oops backline isn’t doing well or dead.
It's kinda crazy cuz not only is Spiderman hard to play but he is hard for others to play with also. He pushes the enemy around meaning that his teammates will struggle to get damage off on Spidermans targets unless they are in tune with the movements that his attacks force. And Spiderman is very mobile and tiny so even healing him can be harder as well. Like you were saying though, dive/flank characters HAVE to be more self reliant and have to be self aware enough to make it easier on their supports to support them when they need it. Meaning even swinging to them and running on the ground next to them instead of being a hard to heal target flying around the sky
@ I’d say he’s entirely situational. I play on console so it definitely took a lot since I had to make my sensitivity crazy. But if I’m playing him and the other team just has a crazy anti dive comp then usually my back up is namor. To me the difference between a smart spider-man and a 0-17 spider man is knowing when it’s time to switch. Even the most popular spider man player necros will swap from spider man mid match if he feels the comp is to problematic.
I’m an average player (I think so at least). I admit every now and then I’ll be the diff. My first thought is never “Oh my teammates didn’t heal me” it’s always “that might’ve been a bad play by me” because there are numerous valid reasons why I probably couldn’t get a heal. Besides I’m pretty sure if I talked crap about em they’d avoid healing me.
Once had a vanguard blame me for 'only' having 15k heals with "guess that's why we lost." The other healer had over 30k and I had like solo 8 kos because no one on the team was protecting me and I kept having to handle flankers myself. Vanguard wasn't even bad, he had over 30k damage blocked and a good k/d ratio. Solid play across the whole team honestly. The other team was just way better than us. But he had to think up a reason for his loss and decided to pick the healer with fewer assists as to why he was dying.
If he had 30K damage blocked that means the guy was getting enough heals to survive. Ignore them, had a venom accuse both of us for not healing him, he was diving FAR, stats show we had 10K more healing each than the other team. Bet your vanguard was either a venom or doctor strange, most entitled terrible tank players
@@MachitiChaBut on a real note: i do complain sometimes too, but thats for Situations were the healers are just focusing the dps to heal while, the tank, are for half a minute low and need some asap, Because i could ult or anything.. Or when they go INFRONT of me where i think to myself.. You lost?
GGs to that enemy winter soldier who knew to focus the healer whenever he could. I’m sure it was a frustrating game, but it’s always good to see someone who knows how to play the game like that
I think the most frustrating game I had was when I had more DPS as the solo tank than the DPSes combined, when they were fighting with the healers over blame game. I was just like "legitimately noone is killing people except me". On the other hand, I had a terrible round as Moon Knight and was clearly feeding and admitted to it when I got DPS diffed, so I asked to swap with tank and went from 3/9 to 15/12 and won. At the end I asked "did I make up for it?" and the whole team were like "you ruled". Felt like a hero ngl.
Some dps dont do a crazy ammount of damage and have low hp. Im main iron man, his movility makes you an easy target, also area damage is too low, and to use the unibeam you need to be closer. If you dont have a good healer you are dead in 2 seconds. Characters like dr strange do a lot more damage because is easier to hit shots that make more damage than the uni beam.
That's the downside of the people that parrot "just carry bro". That's all fun and dandy until you realize that the trash has to get carried somewhere..... My point - bad people can and should be told they are bad. Get back to what works and normalize criticism again so we can better filter out brainlets.
@@darkchaozbringer785 what do you mean "normalize criticism again"? criticism is very normalized but criticism sounds like "Hey spiderman your diving to deep I can't heal you" and not "Your trash get off spiderman" the first one is criticism the 2nd one is harassment, one leads to wins other to arguments
@@flamingscar5263 So, we should tolerate people who refuse to swap when they can see they are struggling to play a character correctly? The rest of the team should just roll over and respect their decision to make negative impact on the outcome? The way you think is why so many people say "no diff" to healers who work their butts off for a team. Your kind of thinking is toxic to the community.
They keep climbing because you'll gain more rating from your wins than you lose from your losses up until grandmaster. You should be able to hit plat / diamond with relative ease if you just simply play enough games and get carried by your team in about 4 out of 10 games which shouldn't be completely unreasonable.
divers expect supports to follow them always, they want a personal pocket healer and even if one as a supp wanted to be one, most dont have the movility to chase them
The only diver that should have a pocket healer should be Venom. The amount of chaos you can create by just being there after your frenzied arrival is fun.
I play Luna for this reason it still doesn’t really help so I can only heal one person I can’t see Ende, for some reason people wanna play black panther, iron fist, and Iron Man at the same time
Rocket can follow and set up in ratty spots to keep the dive alive ontop of that he can put revives in off angles for the dive to come back with ON TOP of the fact rocket himself can dive and insta dip when he gets touched. If youre gonna dive rocket is literally the support for that
As an ironfist main, the ironfist you had in the second game was so dogwater holy. When he popped ult and the entire team turned to him I was just praying he would parry and he just held m1. When he was trying to kill the luna snow and the groot turned to him, that was his sign to RUN and the idiot just stands there like no you cant 1v2 them 😭 Straight malding after seeing that
I tried ironfist in QP, his parry is a bit strange tho? Is there like a time limit where the enemy must hit you to get it? Sometimes I just stand there like an idiot waiting for my shield while a punisher is shooting at me (he missed the first few shot).
@brian9829 when you press the button, you will parry any damage at you for a period of time shown as a bar on the side. The amount you parry converts to hp. There is a small mini-cooldown between each attack parried but youre entirely invincible during that timeframe (attacks you through dont give extra hp). Also your parry cd lowers each punch you land.
Kinda sad to see what the majority of players probably see when I’ve gotten relatively good luck. Just had a game today that started 4 instalock tanks and heals (2 each), including a Magneto. I went Wanda and the Magneto immediately said thank you. That whole game our randoms team of 6 used the pings and pre-made ping messages to dominate the other team, and we all got 6 upvotes from each other at the end of the match.
Spiderman who is a burst damage and mobile squishy character targeting Scarlet who litterally has auto aim and has 2 charges of invincibility is crazy.
In his defense, a really good Spidey can absolutely harass a backline regardless of who is in it and maybe see a small sliver of his health deplete. But, that's also a Spidey that is really good and not someone who stans Spidey.
In my defense a good spider man can really go after anyone (as long as they ain’t a vanguard or a 300+ health target) for scarlet all u gotta do is play around cover and 9/10 you should smoke her everytime
@@hubadabubbada Scarlet still has to put her reticule on Spidey, or have him close enough to drain. That's the point. A good Spidey rolls over anyone who is squishy.
@@amenaao All it means is he's played the character a lot... Doesn't mean he is good. Also people can just have bad games. Being lord on a hero doesn't mean you're always going to dominate. Not defending this dude in the slightest, but yeah. Especially with like a Spider-man who requires extremely precise aim and coordination... If you're having an off-game on him you're going to do nothing.
Doesnt help that they unlock ranked for players at level 10, whens theres 35 characters to learn how to play as, theres constant event quests an daily quests requring you play as certain characters, and its easy to get to level 10. Not to mention, they also push ranked once you hit level 10 with a big yellow banner saying " try competitive". Like, this is just bound to happen at this point. They kinda set themselves up for this possibility with how everythings currently running in general with the game. If it were me, id probably not let the players unlock ranked mode till level 20. By then, they atleast have a good chunk of the roster atleast somewhat experienced so far. But by level 10, ya that's just to fresh.
I did this on bronze 3 once and I got cussed out of my life. Fair ig but I was surprised people expected any competence from the lowest rank in the game. From there on I decided to only play characters after trying them on quickplay for a few days
I had a Venom who kept diving so far from us that we had no chance to heal him. The sad part was is he was mechanically good, killing enemies and disrupting their offense, but he just didn't have the game sense to get out and stay alive. He just proceeded to blame us healers for not healing him halfway across the map
@@Flapjack3734 To be fair, the cooldown is deceptively long. Chances are if you swing in and dive, depending on their comp and how coordinated they are, they will shred you regardless of your heals or shield ability. By the time It comes back you usually will have a sliver of health left and you'll probably get picked off from range by a dang Mantis lol.
@ I usually save my swing strictly for the retreat. If i want to dive the enemy, just climb up any wall for like a second and use the F dive move at the opposing team to cover crazy distance while knocking them in the air, then focus the healer in the backline and E shield + swing away if things get too heated. I don’t play a ton of venom but this is usually what I see most venoms doing and it works pretty well for me when I try it out provided my own healers aren’t all dead in the backline
I play ol venom quite a bit this season and it's very rare I'm even in danger of dying before I can grapple back out. As long as your diving with bonus health ability available and looking out for stuns I feel like I can't die. I'm the bozo that will dive all six alone just for the ult charge haha but I rarely don't make it back to the healers
I'm a Venom player and I don't do this myself, but it makes me sad that other Venoms do it so much. Some of them need to understand that it's ok to frontline a little bit from time to time and if they're going to dive they need to make sure they have an escape plan or LOS on healers to commit. I do these things and while I won't lie, it doesn't make me win EVERY single game, it definitely helps a lot
ULT IF YOU GET GROOT ULTED. As a groot player I'm more shocked when the healers DONT counter my ult than when they do, one press of Q and groots whole ult goes into the bin.
So I'm one of the many dps mains in marvel rivals and I usually play with a friend who mains support. And as we kept playing I heard my fair share of complaints from him and how frustrated he was trying to heal me whenever I'd yell for it, this was because at the time I'd usually play iron man or black panther and while trying to dodge the things trying to kill me, I was unintentionally going away from him as well. After a few more days of playing, I got into the habit of going to the nearest healer I see and standing still in their line of sight while behind cover while asking for their heals, especially when I play Iron man, hell, sometimes I'll even help them deal with divers, my friend actually runs to me when i play dps and makes his problem mine as well and because of this, I can get some heals when I need it. But yeah, I understand your frustration with these kind of dps players, and I'm sorry about them.
Black Panther is a diver and you should be learning where health packs are if you're going to play him. You also have to learn how to dive and retreat safely so you aren't just another kill. Only time you should be running back to your own backline is when the opposing team starts to focus on you. Iron Man should always be up high enough to where only ranged can reach him, but low enough to where healers can reach. You also shouldn't be pushing so much that healers can't assist you.
@BobNinjaCat thanks for the advice but I already know how I should play iron man and how i want to play iron man, as for bp, I had to drop him bcs I have a skill issue and I wasn't enjoying his gameplay as much as I used to. But thanks for the advice
Funny you think standing 5 feet in front of them will help lol, I have multiple clips of c&d and mantis refusing to heal me while I’m 100- HP arms length in front of them. I’m a vanguard main btw, Support players are genuinely just suffering skill issues 😭 I feel like they pick the role cause they expect it to be easy, not realizing it literally carries the team.
Yea, Honestly healers do want to heal players, It's not like we just say nu uh no heals for you. One of the things that annoy me most in this game is when adam pushes way to fast around a corner, and I'm running to him for his dear life as I see him get fucking slaughtered by the enemies. It makes me mad because all I can do is watch as he dies XD, same with other players.
“Don’t you play quick match and then when you’re good you play competitive?” That’s how it SHOULD be but people just jump right into comp and expect to be gods 😂
@themagalanium9491 People getting angry at you for not fully understanding a character in quick play as if that's not the point of quick play. I am aware that I'm not good at Spider-Man yet. That's why I'm practicing where it doesn't matter.
I had a match where the tanks were complaining about heals, and as a Rocket main, I explained to them that I was trying to juggle not dying by Iron Fist while healing them. We had C&D on our team as well, and they also had to explain to them to stay in our line of sight. After that round, the tanks and DPS began strategizing with us and made sure we didn't get fisted. It was really surprising to see a competitive match go so well just by communicating with each other and taking feedback well.
Idk how that spider man is lord when he has no clue how the gameplay loop works. You dive in, do burst damage then quickly leave. Get heals in between dives and repeat.
I'm glad you took the positive reinforcement route. because everyone has bad games, sometimes you go 32-2 and other times you get dumpstered. putting the blame on teammates does nothing but breed toxicity and make everyone play with a bad taste in their mouth
Some things I notice about this after watching the video: - You can avoid people on your list if you run into a really bad one. That way, you won't get paired with them on the same team again. The game lets you add up to 3 people on your avoid list. - For you to be healer effective such as Cloak & Dagger, and your team comp is 1 tank, 3 DPS and 2 healers, your solo tank kind of have to be a shield tank such as Dr. Strange or Magneto. If you have an off tank such as Peni, you're just going to get farmed ult by enemies because you have no front line to block damage. - If you're playing a dive comp such as Venom, Spider-man, Black Panther, Psylocke, etc. you're supposed to engage your enemies only when your other teammates are engaging in the frontal battle. If you start flanking before there's any team fight, you're just going to get focused down and die, and no healer or any teammate can help you with that. - Someone such as Spider-man or Venom is supposed to swing in, do some damage or disrupt and then swing back to get heal or go to a nearby healing drop. The bad ones are the ones that only know how to swing in and doesn't know how to swing out, because then it's an one way ticket and they end up dead. - Team comp doesn't matter as much and any team can work, but it all depends on how coordinated you and your team is. I seen team that did amazing with 2/2/2, 1/3/2 or 2/1/3 comp. They can all work but it all depends on your team coordination.
The thing I've seen bad healers do repeatedly is try to be either a healbot or a dps, neither of which are the correct way to play the role. It's an incredibly complex balancing act of buffing, damage, healing and positioning. Healers often say "guys, look up" because we noticed an Iron Man while the team was pushing. Healers have to do a lot of heavy lifting out the gate, usually just keeping their vanguards alive and creating opportunities for divers where possible. It's frustrating when someone notices a sub-10k healing and calls a healer "bad" for it as if it was our job to prevent their 20 deaths while we were doing 3 other jobs. That said, I've grown to just "nope" when someone calls me a bad healer for not keeping them from going 2-20-1 while they insisted on running at tank cannon pointed directly at them. It's not my job to prevent stupid.
tip for Venom is to climb walls, dive in, then you can swing out whenever you need. Swinging in is risky because it sets our escape ability on cooldown.
This is a rare wholesome story of a toxic player that actually takes criticism I was playing mantis in a hydra domination game in quick match. 0 kill hawkeye was talking shit about heals while sitting in the open. Our C&D went off on him in vc for having no kills, but it was quick play so I said “your kit doesn’t have enough resources to let you survive in the frontline” in team chat. He switched to wolverine (lord icon), actually starting pulling his weight, we won the last two rounds, and I got mvp. I’m pretty sure he was a wolverine one trick and was trying out a new character, but he was playing like wolverine on hawkeye. I wasn’t even trying to tell him to switch, just to stay out of the frontlines on hawkeye so he can get more shots off and get hit less, but everything turned out okay.
Bad DPS: dive into the enemy team, basically get one shot, complain about heals Bad Supports: your standing right behind them in a safe location, politely asking for heals, but they are pretending to be a DPs Know the difference.
Not only that bro did not ult twice. He could’ve literally saved his team that got caught by groot. On top of that even if he forgot he could ult bro did not switch back to dagger and bubble his team to at least attempt to save someone
As a Spider-Man main, I rely on going back to the healer or the health packs around the map mostly, WHEN FAR AWAY… I stay alive and do damage and I think anyone who wants to play Spider-Man, need to know how to strategize and think quickly. You are not invincible, you are LITERALLY a spider that can die easily… love the editing btw ❤
That reminds me of one squirrel girl player, when we lost she started complaining, saying that healers were shit,(i had 26k healing). But she was making healing her almost impossible because i would have to abandon rest of team and get an angle that would get me killed in couple seconds. That reminded me of ow mercy and ashe combo, but well, those are two different games, no matter how similar characters are. In my experience the most toxic players are in quick play, because even in higher ranks i didn't encounter that many toxic players, some of them were but most were like "that's okay" and most importantly they were actually helping healers, both by guarding and getting got position for heals
Divers like Spidey are designed to harass the backline and cause chaos for the opposing team so that the midranges/tanks can push. Generally, a competent diver knocks off a healer before jumping out. Even if no kills are made, the damage to cohesion should be enough to let your team push. The thing is, a good diver doesn't prolong their stay in the backline of the opposing team. They get in, do some harassing, and either retreat or move towards a health pack so they can maintain positiom without risk of dying. A diver should NEVER keep moving further away from the frontline because it reduces their effectiveness. One Spidey or Venom sitting near the other team's spawn is a free kill, not a nuisance.
spider man is a diver he's suppose to sniper backline units, the good ones worst case scenario die 1 for 1 but generally take someone out and get out. That spiderman is a twat who thought he was a tank. If you see some one tricks they don't rush in like an idiot they wait until people are occupied with your frontline so that the healers/tanks don't stop them.
Just started my comp journey and let me tell ya. It's SO much different when you get a team that listens. I've been instalocking Adam Warlock the second I join in, requesting the team up, and explaining why, and it makes a WORLD of difference. I played a game where I was solo healing, and I told them all before the match started that if they wanted heals they'd better stay on the point because I was not gonna move for ANYTHING. We ended up sweeping, easily, and they listened to my advice and it went SO smooth. Genuinely one of the best games I've played with randos so far.
I played with a Hela and I was Groot. Hela player said tank diff after we lost. She probably did not know Groot's toughness is related to their damage.
Ofc it was the Hela. In my time playing comp, I noticed that it's always the Hela players whether it's on my team or the enemy that are always typing timmies
Had a team that was over extending quite often then when a Spider-Man and venom came to the back lines to kill me and the other healer they would complain about no heals. We told them that we can’t 2v2 a tank and dps and in response the say skill issue and continue to give us no cover. It’s always where’s the healer, never how’s the healer.
My strat when I play Iron Fist is the use ultimate when all my abilities are ready. Also, you gotta REALLY catch them by surprise by flanking them. Takes a minute to master though. Use the kick and wall run to escape and get healed.
I'm around plat 1 almost diamond and it is amazing the kind of range of players you can get in matches. I've played enough strategist to know how impossible it is to heal people through bad choices. I don't think a lot of people really get just how fast you can melt if you don't play smart and use cover. I think a lot of them only got to their current rank by being coddled by supports that were much better than them and they don't even realize it. My favorite is the asking if the team has heals when both supports died to being dove without a single person turning around.
A lot of healers suffer from tank tunnel syndrome and just spam heal the tanks. The amount of times I’ve died right next to a support spam healing a tank.
To be fair, that pull in from Winter soldier was you being out of position. Winter soldier can't really flank well due to no escapes. But yeah sometimes you get the pure stomps in the lower elos. At that point you can't do much, especially when tanks and people run around in the open and taking crazy damage. Heals can never keep up with a full team blasting down on anything. The Kungfu panda diving into a Luna ult is pretty hilarious. Another note is that you always get response saying they have been restricted if they been naughty, only way is to look up their statistics the next day or some such.
Yeah I agree, stomps aside it's good positioning that decides wins or losses. I saw some moments of bad positioning from his dagger, but they are overshadowed by those epic Iron Fist dives, my man was committed to jumping people with no success 😂
I've never played this kind of games before, but I tried Marvel Rivals and found playing healers much more fun than otuer roles. I've tried ranked, and am currently struggling with who to prioritise when I'm healing. One time I had a Venom who I was trying my darndest to keep alive, since he didn't pull back fast enough to actually get healed, though he still had time to beg for heals (??). We managed to win after a fair amount of struggle and the guy had the gall to write "easy" in the match chat despite having more deaths than kills and being a nuisance for me. Anyways, I don't trust Venom players anymore because a majority are like this. Also the amount of players who don't stand still when I'm healing them even when they're in cover or shielded (I main Invisible Woman) but still yell for heals is baffling.
@@thenim8999 It's much easier to heal people at higher ranks where people actually know what they're doing, but in those ranks the enemy team will also chase and focus you harder so great positioning will be key. Don't expect players to stand still for you, instead work on your positioning and find the best line of sight to heal with good cover. If your allies are out of position, either call them back to heal or help you, or tell them to grab health packs which are lifesavers for quick moving characters. As for target priority, you should split your job with the other healer and - depending on the character - focus heal a tank in need or top people's hp up while getting good dmg in, which is key to winning matches so never healbot.
There is a significantly higher probability of a lord player being better just because of the time played. Are they all good, no. But the odds are much better.
@@RavanaMusethat's because is piss easy to acquire a lord on C&D. (I got it as well, shush) they get a lot of points by hitting people with shadow wall thingy and healing. Both extremely easy to stack without trying too hard especially on convoy.
Bro I was like "tf does lord mean" and just thought the player was using really weird specific terms to describe how badass he was. But no I just literally have not gotten lord as any character yet lmao
He could’ve been at least decent enough to know who to target like the enemy healers but no he kept going after that one duelist whose primary fire is good against squishes
A few things that people don’t get about strategists are: they have cooldowns, they can’t feed you inf heals, they have to protect themselves from tanks and dps, and they can’t heal you while your behind a wall or your a dive character
This is my goto now, after a bad game/bad teammates I enjoy watching the replay and lauging at their mistakes, and wondering what I could have done better to improve
If you play Psylocke, Iron Fist, or Spiderman, you are responsible for getting to your healer or learning where the health packs are, they are not going to follow you around!
Iron Fist and Spiderman yeah, but Psylocke not so much. Her mobility is not as good as those two and as such she doesn't usually dive in too deep out of sight lines. The amount of times I've been sent back to spawn as Psylocke while running straight at our healer is baffling.
@ Considering your first line of "criticism" was a blatant insult, I have to guess that you are actually the one who overestimates their own abilities. At no point did I say that Psylocke was a bad diver, on the contrary I believe she is much stronger than both Iron Fist and Spiderman combined. However, as I already mentioned her mobility is not as impressive as those two, being very limited in both directional mobility (its two straight dashes), distance, and are pretty loud for a supposed ninja character making it easy to tell where you are to defeat you. With her invisibility you can still hear her footsteps as well, and considering enemy footsteps are louder than allies you get the picture. Spiderman's webs are relatively loud as well with their thwip sound, but the sheer level of mobility he has with 3 swings, a small hitbox, and slingshot mechanics, its like trying to swat a mach 53 fly while driving on the interstate in heavy traffic. He can easily get in deep and get out unlike Psylocke, who has more damage but sacrifices survivability. And put simply Iron Fist is Iron Fist. Psylocke can do more to impact a fight than these two, but is much easier to eliminate making it riskier for her to dive deeper than they can. Of course I'm saying all this to someone who probably can't even begin to think about all of these factors, and thus resorted to just brainlessly insulting someone's skills to feel superior, while simultaneously going 3/18 in a casual match. Additionally you probably won't read all of this, or can't lol.
@venusstar2963 I agree, however she has much stronger rnaged options so she doesn't always have to dive in as hard, but I see your point. Not saying healers should ignore you. Just can't rely on them if you're poking the enemies backline.
@@MsLacieable i’ve started playing her and using her like a diver is beyond difficult, she doesn’t have a way to set up her dives like black panther or spiderman, she’s also very damn slow
Being Lord Spidey and still being that bad is actually more impressive than getting good at him. Genuinely just smacked his head into a brick wall until he got Lord
7:32 bro ults and goes for the player that has a dark souls boss health bar, instead of going for the healers or at least the dps players 😂 I swear you can't make this up 😂
9:11 Sorry to burst your bubble, but you get that message whenever someone you reported gets a leaver 5 minute penalty, it's not a suspension. It's confirmed by his carrier, he didn't complete the match he left and was hit with a leaver penalty, the report didn't do anything.
actualy they do because i have gotten a guy banned for 100 years because of toxic behavior and you do get a message when they get banned so it definitely matters a lot and that's what i love about this game they actualy give a shit about the community
@@9lives007 Unfortunately, that 100-year ban can be easily dodged by creating a new account. Yes, they are losing the cosmetics, but apart from that, they can ruin other people's matches almost indefinitely.

@@artmanrom yeah but losing your whole account that you got to say level 20 or 30 while unlocking cosmetics is a pain. This is always gonna be an issue with ftp games
I wish people would understand that Lord doesn't equate to skill. It equates to the amount of time spent on said character. I'm a Rocket main and I still don't have Lord yet, but I'm confident I'm a pretty good support. I can go right now and get Lord on Captain America and still be completely dogwater with the character. Lord ≠ Skill
I never really get flaming the healer. Maybe it's because I suck at tank if I ever try it, but I just don't expect healing. I am always happy when I get it, but I usually an either Scarlet Witch or a melee dps (for obvious reasons). As Scarlet Witch I get a tad, but as the others I mainly choose to focus on rotating based off my cooldowns, so I grab a health pack when I have time.
Thank you for bringing attention to this issue. I know the big problem right now is that there is a huge influx of players who are not familiar with this type of game -- as opposed to people who may have come from OW or Team Fortress. Unfortunately, I think the only way to fix the skill gap is by publicly shaming them until they realize that they (most commonly bad DPS players) are in fact the problem.
Ngl, I’m starting to think making the most popular Marvel character also the hardest to play, might’ve been a short sighted decision. There’s been multiple instances of kids exclusively playing Spider-Man, sucking at it, and cry when someone else picks him. It’s pretty annoying, and it only happens with him in my experience.
The only time i complain about heals is when i play storm. You can feel the difference. If i push up too far and not get heals, that's on me. And frankly, I do get angry at the healers, but i don't really blame em. Both people are gonna be focused more horizontally then vertically, as well as healers have to take focus off the ground to heal flying characters. Iron Man can at least zoom to a health pack.
As a healer i usually try to focus my flying dps, especially during ults as they're usually really vulnerable. Especially ones like Scarlet witch or Iron man. But yes people are more focused on what they see in front of them and don't notice flyers both teammates and enemies lol
@@areudiva I can be angry at healers and not blame them. I get angry at the sun for not shining, but I don't blame the clouds for moving with the wind.
If you got any stories about shitty teammates or just want to vent about a situation, feel free to leave a comment about it. I find it interesting
From now on there's gonna be a big ass disclaimer from me saying why I pick rocket and if problems arise when I swap I'm swapping back.
bro u know a spidey's bad when they complain about heals. most mobile character in the game. cmon man lmao (i main him)
Question, when exactly did u play with the first guy?
Most wholesome game of ranked I ever had.
rare spiderman W
Playing spidy and asking for heals is dumb af tbh
You've got the most insane mobility and not take the heals in the map is crazy

My “favorite” toxic teammates: “You made one mistake, Imma throw the whole game now.”
The worst part is when they just go still. Like, not voice, no text chat, they just stand at spawn
I mean, tbf, the higher you go in ranked, if you do make 1 mistake, you unironically lose the game and you could afk. Support players make the most mistakes I have ever seen and when you call it out they cope.
And still wanted to shit on me for healing better using Jeff ;-;)

Even a bad healer is better than nothing, but a shit dps is just this.
Nah, a bad healer doesn’t heal and just attacks…
These comments are wrong, a bad dps is useless and does nothing, a bad healer at least gets SOMETHING.
@ Bad DPS are a waste of heals.
I have met the ironfist specifically and the entire lobby was baffled how he went 0/16 in the span of 8 mins, so much so i remember the name
Was it acctually the ironfist from the video? XD
@franzzz7344 yes, it was something to remember
@ lmao, what is the chances. That's actually really funny
That is insane, bros so ass that he’s gonna go down in history
its crazy cause he has three abilities he can use to disengage. he can block on his way out, he can kick for mobility, and he literally has a self heal that can heal him to full and if you aren't super low it will give you EXTRA health
That what I tell them…bp,Spider-Man,venom,Thor,starlord ,psylock main needs to have my knowledge else don’t play them or stay near your healers
I live near hp boxes and dont engage unless i can get to one.

Bro, they will deadass say these were not "effective heals"

Basic fundamentals should be in the tutorial of these types of games.
1. Support your team, listen and work together
2. Dont take on the whole enemy team alone
Nah I live without supports cause I’m lord hulk
Replays are so clutch gives tou so much clarity if who is at fault.
Sadly, none of these bad players watch their own replays to improve. They are blaming others because they are in denial and are literally AFRAID of watching themselves fail in replay.
Some just want to play to have fun, not trying to turn into Pro-Gamers
---
However, I know you're not wrong... because thats not how it works, sadly. Many players who don't give a shit about teammates also end up in higher ranks because they have luck or getting carried. Causing trouble for all others.
yeah ik right
Fun fact you can report people like the iron fist that went Afk for throwing and they will get a penalty, you also get a message telling you that you got them penalised.
@Squidley88 yeah I didn't get that far in the video before typing my comment, the devs are very strict with people throwing. So report it when you can
I'm not gonna complain and insult my teammates, but if we can't even leave the spawn point, and there's less than a few minutes left, i won't blame people for going afk or feel bad about doing it myself. Some matches are just unwinnable.
@@morganf.1562 EXACTLY!
@morganf.1562 I'll still report people for giving up I understand wanting to give up, but if you wanna Afk in spawn and give up. Just play QP
They should add in a stat that shows the healing you've received to prevent some people from saying no heals when they got tons of them
Edit Thanks for all of the likes this is the most I've ever gotten on a comment before
Nah fr
That and reworking the MVP metrics to prioritize more than JUST final hits getting brainlets to hard focus it would be a godsend.
i dont do ranked. but i enjoy playing support, invisible woman mostly sense she came out
i had a guy bitch at me about healing, saying wasnt healing anyone...come the end of the game, which we won, and im sitting at almost 20k heals (round 17.5k)
he shut up real quick XD
i feel like a "damage taken" stat would make a lot of sense, could be easily told who lived longer that way along with showing off what tanks were actually tanking much better instead of just showing blocked damage.
See that wouldn’t really work because most of the people complaining about not getting heals are actually not getting heals but it’s because they want to never be anywhere they could get heals so that stat would just give them something else to complain about when it shows they weren’t healed very much but not being smart enough to realize that it’s their fault
Playing support requires a level of patience that transcends ordinary human emotion.
Like how u gonna be a "LoRd SpIdErMaN" and not know where the heal packs are
I main spidey too, not quite lord yet, but close.
@@itimi2044 Ngl, most of my kills are off the disruptive dps
@Mr.FreshMcFlyfair enough
dive characters should be healing themselfs more from heal pads then being healed by support
This. That said, they also shouldn't prolong their position in the opposing backline, either. Ruin cohesion and cause chaos, but don't be a target for too long, either. If the opposing team is gunning for you, your retreat and survivability narrows rapidly.
True..im agree that why healthpad is there..when i ply dps like psylock im always try to find healthpad because i know my support can't heal from far😂
Either this OR retreat so that the healer can actually heal you more easily.
@cheffirdaus2886 Why are you diving with Psylocke? She's a ranged character. You NEVER dive unless you're using her Psi-Blade Dash and even then you're only doing that on safe kills.
Especially Spiderman dude can teleport and get full off one pack
Brother is literally a blessing
Omg, a smart Spiderman... you're probably one of those people who's mastered him and is just murdering everything. I wish everyone was like you.
Yeah I'm the same way with iron fist If I notice I'm gonna die I run and find health packs or use his heal.
You couldve been off position most of the time, maybe watch your replay and learn why you were targeted

GGs to that enemy winter soldier who knew to focus the healer whenever he could. I’m sure it was a frustrating game, but it’s always good to see someone who knows how to play the game like that
love how the spiderman keeps aiming the one enemy that he cant kill lol
I think the most frustrating game I had was when I had more DPS as the solo tank than the DPSes combined, when they were fighting with the healers over blame game. I was just like "legitimately noone is killing people except me".
On the other hand, I had a terrible round as Moon Knight and was clearly feeding and admitted to it when I got DPS diffed, so I asked to swap with tank and went from 3/9 to 15/12 and won. At the end I asked "did I make up for it?" and the whole team were like "you ruled". Felt like a hero ngl.
Hope all DPS are like you switch to support/tank when needed.
Lol sometimes you just have a bad game as your chosen DPS, I feel you. Take a man to switch off to a more suitable character o7
Pretty much what I did when shit don’t go to well as dps and switch to support or tank
@@GamerGius from this comment alone I know you're bad at iron man
As to how these trash cans climb rank is beyond me. Plus maining support is an absolute nightmare 😫

Your kind of thinking is toxic to the community.
They keep climbing because you'll gain more rating from your wins than you lose from your losses up until grandmaster. You should be able to hit plat / diamond with relative ease if you just simply play enough games and get carried by your team in about 4 out of 10 games which shouldn't be completely unreasonable.

divers expect supports to follow them always, they want a personal pocket healer
and even if one as a supp wanted to be one, most dont have the movility to chase them
The only diver that should have a pocket healer should be Venom.

Divers are supposed to know health pack spawns because they're behind enemy lines. 😂
As an ironfist main, the ironfist you had in the second game was so dogwater holy. When he popped ult and the entire team turned to him I was just praying he would parry and he just held m1. When he was trying to kill the luna snow and the groot turned to him, that was his sign to RUN and the idiot just stands there like no you cant 1v2 them 😭
Straight malding after seeing that
I tried ironfist in QP, his parry is a bit strange tho?
Its crazy how not being toxic wins so many games
Nah man sometimes you can't really hold off, last match my two healers were circling around a moon night's anch and I couldn't just hold it
Spiderman who is a burst damage and mobile squishy character targeting Scarlet who litterally has auto aim and has 2 charges of invincibility is crazy.

I had a Venom who kept diving so far from us that we had no chance to heal him. The sad part was is he was mechanically good, killing enemies and disrupting their offense, but he just didn't have the game sense to get out and stay alive. He just proceeded to blame us healers for not healing him halfway across the map
If only venom had a swing move that lets him escape enemies and retreat to his healers 😅

The first guy knew Wanda is countering him, still processed to blame healers. What an interesting individual.
ULT IF YOU GET GROOT ULTED. As a groot player I'm more shocked when the healers DONT counter my ult than when they do, one press of Q and groots whole ult goes into the bin.
literally this
I do use it but I don't have ult all the time.
Plz continue to help your support with divers every time my duelists protect me back i wanna kiss em on the mouth
It sounds corny but hyping up your teammates genuinely really does help
“Don’t you play quick match and then when you’re good you play competitive?”
That’s how it SHOULD be but people just jump right into comp and expect to be gods 😂
I met a toxic player in Quick Match. You can't escape them😢
on the other hand, there's so many people who treat quick play like it's their "rank up" match in comp. like stfu this is quick play

LMAO this is a great video. Love that the replay system is here and works so well. Caught in 4k
Some things I notice about this after watching the video:
- You can avoid people on your list if you run into a really bad one.
Swinging in is risky because it sets our escape ability on cooldown.
this is very useful thank you
This is a rare wholesome story of a toxic player that actually takes criticism
I was playing mantis in a hydra domination game in quick match.
Bad DPS: dive into the enemy team, basically get one shot, complain about heals
Bad Supports: your standing right behind them in a safe location, politely asking for heals, but they are pretending to be a DPs
Know the difference.
That ironfist really went for invisible woman when she can push him back and just double jump lmao
4:00 Your positioning is whack. “I keep dying as heals by groot” Yeah, that’s cause you need to backline more and frontline less as heals.
Yeah I noticed that immediately you should find cover in the back while still having a view especially when there is 2 enemies with pull abilities

No DPS should try to 1 v 6 the enemy team, period. No DPS is the main character. Period!
Yea unless your name is black panther
And your a good black panther
Spidey’s entire job is to annoy the shit out of the enemy team, kill the healer, maybe a dps if it’s in your favor, and then gtfo
I hope you plan on making this a series, I’d watch analyzing toxic players any time you put a new one out.
This is so much better than the ragebait videos people make, actually looking at the gameplay. Great work!
real
this is even better at ragebaiting too, because its actually relatable and im raging already
lol Thank you!
0:35 he’s just staying comic accurate trust
ngl didn't think of that haha
Just started watching, but you could've used your bubble to keep Venom alive.
I played with a Hela and I was Groot. Hela player said tank diff after we lost. She probably did not know Groot's toughness is related to their damage.
Dps who just do vanity damage to tanks are the worst.
What does "diff" even mean? Like tank diff or support diff
@@100mvvari6it means that there is a clear difference in the quality between each teams support or tanks, usually it is toxic players saying this
Ofc it was the Hela. In my time playing comp, I noticed that it's always the Hela players whether it's on my team or the enemy that are always typing timmies
@@100mvvari6 They want to say that the enemies tanks and dps were far better.
I love this, the accent, the premise and the background music. Its like two scholars studying a new species of human beings hahahaha
hahaha I'm glad you like it!
The "homo sapiens narcissus"
Had a team that was over extending quite often then when a Spider-Man and venom came to the back lines to kill me and the other healer they would complain about no heals. We told them that we can’t 2v2 a tank and dps and in response the say skill issue and continue to give us no cover. It’s always where’s the healer, never how’s the healer.
0:56 Tanks > DPS , tanks are more important than dps , spiderman hero who can escape just by one swing thats hillarious
7:41 That dude is cheeks at playing Iron Fist he has not once used his block to regain sheild.
My strat when I play Iron Fist is the use ultimate when all my abilities are ready. Also, you gotta REALLY catch them by surprise by flanking them. Takes a minute to master though. Use the kick and wall run to escape and get healed.
@KokushibosApprentice I learned from Samito on how to play him
I'm around plat 1 almost diamond and it is amazing the kind of range of players you can get in matches.
Damn that guy getting banned mid game was some serious shit
As for target priority, you should split your job with the other healer and - depending on the character - focus heal a tank in need or top people's hp up while getting good dmg in, which is key to winning matches so never healbot.
yea my positioning is pretty shit in the video XD
1:44 lord doesn’t mean skill it just means time lol
There is a significantly higher probability of a lord player being better just because of the time played. Are they all good, no. But the odds are much better.
Yeah I'm iffy on this. I've run into loads of crap cloak and dagger lords. But if you see a Psylocke, watch out lmao
This is my goto now, after a bad game/bad teammates I enjoy watching the replay and lauging at their mistakes, and wondering what I could have done better to improve
perfect! Need more players like you
If you play Psylocke, Iron Fist, or Spiderman, you are responsible for getting to your healer or learning where the health packs are, they are not going to follow you around!
Iron Fist and Spiderman yeah, but Psylocke not so much. Her mobility is not as good as those two and as such she doesn't usually dive in too deep out of sight lines. The amount of times I've been sent back to spawn as Psylocke while running straight at our healer is baffling.
@@venusstar2963 Ur not good then Psylocke is a good diver, you just have to learn her properly. Play like a real ninja.
I need more of these toxic player review games this shit is tooo funny
Yeah. It is good trash. I like it.
theres a reason genji needs healing is a massive meme in the ow community looks like the mr community is experiencing it now
genuinely a good spider-man player should never complain about not getting heals
“get a health pack, your mobility is top notch!”
7:32 bro ults and goes for the player that has a dark souls boss health bar, instead of going for the healers or at least the dps players 😂 I swear you can't make this up 😂
I’ve seen knight spiderman players do better
Future Mc donalds worker in the making got me😂❤ love this guy i left a subscribe and a like
9:11 Sorry to burst your bubble, but you get that message whenever someone you reported gets a leaver 5 minute penalty, it's not a suspension. It's confirmed by his carrier, he didn't complete the match he left and was hit with a leaver penalty, the report didn't do anything.
Not a suspension but it adds up to one if he keeps doing it
actualy they do because i have gotten a guy banned for 100 years because of toxic behavior and you do get a message when they get banned so it definitely matters a lot and that's what i love about this game they actualy give a shit about the community
@@9lives007 Unfortunately, that 100-year ban can be easily dodged by creating a new account. Yes, they are losing the cosmetics, but apart from that, they can ruin other people's matches almost indefinitely.
Still though, the Spider-Man skin is 22 dollars, whether he earned from challenges and achievements or bought it is still gonna cost them time and money @@artmanrom
@@artmanrom yeah but losing your whole account that you got to say level 20 or 30 while unlocking cosmetics is a pain. This is always gonna be an issue with ftp games
4:15 you can stop that and save team by ulting
“Bro is fighting no one” and he was throwing haymakers to hell
Worst thing you can do to a healer is start talking trash to them 😅 they'll just stop healing you and focus on the others.
That's a good way to look at it tbh
“Spider-Man doesn’t kill” ahh player 💀
We live in a world where DPS players exist and we gotta deal with it.
IMO, Storm is best played a ground level, using actual flight only for evasion and travel. As soon as a C&D-type spots a flying Storm, she gets down.
As a dps. This is on you. Even as storm, you need to work on your angles and stay near health packs. Comment above me knows it
If you're angry at the healers, then you are blaming them. You can't just say you're not. Intention and action are two different things.
@@areudiva I can be angry at healers and not blame them. I get angry at the sun for not shining, but I don't blame the clouds for moving with the wind.
