Surah 13 verse 11 “There are guardians over everyone, both before him and behind him, who guard him by Allah's command. Verily Allah does not change a people's condition unless they change their inner selves. And when Allah decides to make a people suffer punishment, no one can avert it. Nor can any be of help to such a people against Allah.”
There is a hadith that the only thing that makes a dua not getting accepted is when you say i prayed but it didn't happen (negative thoughts)

Don't give up and say I made Dua and it hasn't been accepted. Just stay positive always and believe that your Dua will come True.

I found your channel this Ramadan, alhamdulillah for you and your knowledge and you are literally doing sadqa jariyah when you preach Islamic wisdom
Write down your goals every morning as if you've already achieved them. This conditions your mind to live as if the goal is already real.
Listen to inspirations that come to your mind throughout the day. Make sure to distinguish between true inspirations vs impulsive thoughts.
Act upon inspirations you receive, such as going for a walk in nature. This raises your vibration and opens you up to better ideas.
Don't overthink actions - just flow and act upon inspirations without too much thinking. This leads to achieving goals effortlessly.
Raising your vibration through positive thoughts and emotions allows you to receive better inspirations from Allah to achieve your goals.
Living from a place of lack or negativity through low vibration thoughts keeps you stuck and prevents goals from manifesting.
Have intention for your goals but don't attach too strongly. Inspiration will come your way and guide your actions to effortlessly achieve the goal over time.
Remain observant of negative thoughts and change your mindset. This shifts your vibration higher for clearer guidance towards your goals.

i want to do these things BUT sometimes i get stressed easily idk do you have any advice for me?
Here are some tips that may help you manage stress as you work on achieving your goals:
- Build regular relaxation into your routine. Even just 5-10 minutes of deep breathing, meditation, or yoga can activate your relaxation response and lower cortisol. Making it a habit takes the effort out.
- When you feel stressed, pause and ask yourself if those thoughts are helping you. If not, gently shift your focus back to the present moment.
- Prioritize self-care - eating nourishing foods, getting enough sleep, moving your body. When we're depleted, stress feels much worse.
- Write down the worries and uncertainties. Getting them out of your head can help calm the mind chatter. Then set it aside and revisit later if still needed.
- Identify things within your control vs out of your control. Focus your energy on the controllable things that move you towards goals. Practice letting go of the rest.
- Talk yourself through stress with kindness and encouragement instead of criticism. Be your own supportive coach.
- Share your feelings with someone you trust for a fresh perspective. Don't try to power through alone.
The main thing is realizing some stress is normal. Be patient and caring with yourself above all. Developing resilience and managing stress gets easier with time and practice. You've got this!@@supvrnova
should we do meditation in silence or can we put headphones with recitation of Quran and meditate? which one is best?
Both meditating in silence and meditating while listening to Quran recitation can be very powerful and effective. There are benefits to each approach:
Meditating in silence:
- Allows you go deeply inward and quiet the mind
- Supports focus and awareness on only your breath/mantra
- Less potential distractions from sounds/music
Meditating with Quran recitation:
- Inspires feelings of spirituality, peace, gratitude
- The words can reinforce positive intentions/mindsets
- Listening engages the mind in a uplifting way
In terms of what is "best" - that really depends on your personal preference and what you respond better to. Some suggestions on incorporating both:
- Alternate sessions in silence with sessions listening to Quran
- Begin in silence to calm/still the mind, then listen to Quran in the latter part
- Use Quran early on to find inspiration/intention, then meditate without it
See what works for your mindset. You may also find having some sessions of each is more effective than only doing one or the other. Experiment and notice when your focus/relaxation feels deepest. Both can be useful tools in managing stress and connecting to the divine through meditation.@@sufyansonu1094

I absolutely agree that we can control and change what is within. I meditate on a daily basis which has helped to understand a lot about myself.
It is only by the will of Allah that qadr changes, however, "Allah is what you think of him" and some people will call that Law of Attraction, call it what you will but basically if you trust Allah so much, where you don't have a ounce of doubt in what you're praying, Allah will give you exactly what you pray for. He is literally the most trust worthy best friend we have.

In the qu'ran, water and rainfall is often used as a metaphor for "revelation" and the guidance of Allah. And in at least one place our heart is compared to a cup, or vessel (I forget the exact ayah)

Surah An-Nur (24:40): "Except (that they are like) water which We have poured down from the sky, abundant and pure, so that thereby We cause gardens of various kinds to grow, and vegetation of different colors."
Surah Al-A'raf (7:57): "And We have indeed revealed the Quran in portions, that you may recite it to mankind at intervals. And We have brought it down from Our Presence gradually." (This verse compares the revelation of the Quran to rainfall coming down gradually, nourishing the hearts and minds of believers.)
Surah Ash-Shu'ara (26:180-182): "Have We not made your breast broad for you, and removed from you your load which weighed down your back, and raised high for you your renown? So indeed, with hardship comes ease. Indeed, with hardship comes ease." (This verse metaphorically describes the Prophet Muhammad's (PBUH) heart being expanded to receive the revelation of the Quran, like a vessel being made capable of holding a vast amount of liquid.)
Surah Az-Zumar (39:22): "Do they not ponder upon the Quran? Or are there locks upon their hearts?" (This verse compares hearts that reject the Quran to locked vessels, preventing them from receiving the divine message.)

thank you for sharing your knowledge! I know about quantum physics and manifestation but I've always had a hard time connecting them to religion and Allah (swt) you helped me a lot.
It’s true. If you think about Jannah and how to get there in its highest ranks all the time. You’ll start thinking and doing things in your life that elevate you to that position automatically. When you go to sleep thinking to get up at a certain time for work you’ll most likely get up at that time.
If you do the same for Tahajjud. Go to sleep early with the intention to get up you’ll start getting up easily without a clock or 5-10 minutes before your alarm to get up

Even Salah (Prayer). Every day , five times a day, prayer programs the Mind to believe differently.
It's programs the mind and changes it, cleanses it. When it's cleanse . The body will also cleanse itself

Mohammad, I saw those comments in your recent video and I personally know what you exactly mean when you say altering our reality with our minds. I started to watch your videos roughly 2-3 months ago. Allah guided me through your videos ever since but that being said with the things you teach, as soon as I started to apply those in my own life, wallahi, my whole life changed. I even got a job with a decent income and I've been working for it maybe for two years now! I always failed.
Just few weeks later after your teachings I got my dream job Alhamdulillah. Your teachings are not a bidaa or some sort of BS, it works and it really does. Law of attraction is real, manifesting is real. As long as you keep Allah in the equation, everything works for your own favor. We are stronger and capable more than we ever realise. We came from limitless source and that is what we are. Keep up with your work.

Let me share with you a story about prophet Suleiman . at the time of prophets Suleiman ,enemies of him started making statuses of prophet and selling it to people and telling that this status will give you superpowers and it is Holy when prophet saw one of these stores he went there and broke all of the statuses.an old woman was there grabbing status and when she saw that prophet is breaking this status. She stated hitting the prophet Suleiman with the status of him and said don't you know your statuses are Holy.

Even dua is your thoughts or you changing what’s within yourself. You cannot make dua and think against what you prayed for that it won’t happen.
The way I look at it is that yes, Allah makes everything happen (presents us with opportunities to make our desire/dua happen) but our part in it is to change what’s within us (our thoughts and beliefs).

I think the main distinction is between Allah’s will and the laws of how allah created the universe! You have to feel, think, and do actions according to Allah’s will(steps) and then Allah will accomplish the result if it is good for you because he alone has full knowledge of the unseen! And there is a fine line into falling to believing that you are a co-creator which could lead you into shirk. So one should be careful. Just like there is a fine line between confidence and arrogance! ❤❤❤ we love you brother

This does sound good and all but before I turned to Islam I were DEEP into spirituality and everything you say 1:1 comes from there I know that for SURE. My issue now is that I know everything you say is true and it really does WORK Im not sure if it really comes from Allah or from Shaytan because of the hadith:

Brother, So if I stop having depressive thoughts does life get better? Yes it does. But its the matter of keeping that state of mind gone and losing it so you dont think of it. How do you do it? I'm a very strong minded person and have very good intentions with the future but the state of mind with depression is incredibly daunting.

Make a lot of istighfaar and dhikr. Allah says that the hearts find peace in His remembrance.
