In this video, I get invited to an exclusive event at Triumph Hinckley to the reveal of a new Triumph motorcycle for 2023.
Celebrating 10 years of Triumph and The Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride, Triumph launch a new Bonneville T120 Black DGR Limited Edition, and I was lucky enough to be there. I also had the opportunity to talk to the founder of The Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride (DGR) Mark Hawwa about the DGR, Men’s Mental Health, and Triumph Motorcycles.
As I’m sure you can imagine, I was feeling anxious and slightly outside my comfort zone, so what better opportunity is there for me to talk about Men’s Mental Health and share my own personal struggles over the last couple of years, with the hope that I may encourage others that talking is good and you are not alone.
As well as the reveal of a new Triumph Motorcycle, I hope this video is a reminder of why over 100,000 riders are planning to come together, all over the world, to raise funds and awareness for prostate cancer and men’s mental health.

Hi Phil , done well mate with the interview .👍 The Bonnie looks great , the colour scheme suits it with the black and white and gold pinstripe . Lockdown period was a really bad time for a lot of folk ,and as you say affected a lot of folks mental health . Getting out on the bike certainly helps me a lot when I get down . But you sound as if your getting there and wish you all the best , keep up the UA-cam as it's always a pleasure to watch your well made and edited clips . Keep safe and it's nearly time to get the speedy out a few runs .😁👍

It really was a tough time for so many people and still is, although I’m not doing too bad I really wanted to encourage anyone who is struggling that they don’t have to go through this alone. Hi Phil, it was good to hear that you were out of your comfort zone and well done mate and to hear what your interview was about and the bike was a good looking bike and keep up the good work and getting help with your mental health and your fiscal health and continue to getting well and you were able to shear with every one and that was not easy for you but you did and well done again and look forward to the next vid

Well done Phil great interview mate and raising awareness for such important issues , that bike looks mega love the colour scheme. Hopefully I`ll be doing the DGR again this year on my Royal Enfield Interceptor 650 , it was my 1st time last year and I really enjoyed it , although I did keep my Kevlar jeans and brown leather biker jacket on.

I’ve discovered over the years that I’m not very good at being anyone else despite trying a new approach every now and then, it’s really kind of you to say! 🥰
