Yes, you said it correctly about their attitude of the staffs. I visited this place in Nov'23. As there was a party planned at the venue, they allowed us to stay at the upper section. The view is good but the management is really poor.
As you said, stuffs were a little rude in attitude, that's it, I have decided not to visit...

No entry charges..it's a a restaurant cum lounge. U get inside order food/drinks and enjoy.
