Every morning doing a 1 hour and 20 minute blessings of the energy centers starting with the 7th in releasing the molecules of seven for the greater good and balancing of each center. It and a year of solitude on a tiny island full of 500 foot tall trees, wild deer, birds, that I commute with. I have found presence in the now. And ready to serve. And thank you if you were able to get me into a Dr. Joe 5 Day Advance retreat that I thought was sold out. We will be doing walking meditations on the beach bare foot and I will be swimming in the Caribbean Sea everyday and expanding my light for the healing, of us all over the world while expanding 5D, and learning to in continuous presence and neutrality.
