não vi o kani na receita
O kani está nos ingredientes do tempero pronto, que são:
Sal, amido, açúcar, lactose, molho de soja em pó, extrato de caranguejo, óleo vegetal, pimenta-do-reino, cebola em pó, alho, cebolinha em pó, kamaboko (pasta de peixe), cebolinha desidratada, realçadores de sabor (glutamato monossódico - INS621, 5'-ribonucleotídeo dissódico - INS635), amido modificado, corante (monascus, caramelo I - INS150a), emulsificante (lecitina - INS322).
