U know I truly respect that u do not edit ur vids to make it look like there r no complications while u try new ways of doing ur nails! I believe a lot of UA-camrs don't show how complex it can be sometimes! Thank u for ur videos! U have definitely gotten me into doing my own nails now. Polygel is not easy at all it definitely takes some practice!

@@FEARLESSFEMME1 The acrylic will come off. Kirsty Meakin on the Naio Nails channel has a video about this. It does work, but, I haven’t tried it yet.

I was frustrated just watching you and I’ve seen people cut the wings “if you will” off so the tip fits better and they use them like tips and glue or cure them on . You could use your nail clamps to hold the tip while you fill it w/ poly or acrylic also . They turned out nice though.🥰💋

I have them n I couldn't do them. It came out such a mess for me.
I use regular plastic tips and do the same thing she did. They pop off the plastic just the same way. No need to buy special “dual forms” 🥰💕
I bought these a long time ago and haven't tried them until yesterday and then I stumbled across this video! They are a little tricky lol I haven't tried them on myself yet, but I used them to extend short full cover gel tips. Great video!

@@ladyjourney Hey love, Polygel is a hybrid mix of Builder gel and Acrylic powder. Builder gel is either hard or soft and is either thick or a thin viscosity that can be clear, white pink or in different colors.

I just ordered these forms, and some stiletto one's too 3 days ago. I'm expecting my order today, but lord knows when I'll use them. I have a large collection of polygel that I've been purchasing since I started my hobby of doing nails 18 months ago. I just bought all 6 of Makartt's latest polygel 3wks ago, but still haven't opened the 1st polygel set I purchased 18 months ago 🤦♀️🤷♀️🤣
I started with acrylic, and fell in love! Honestly I think those forms are too much work. If they were full cover they'd be perfect!
Had a day with these ah what a day I had with these dual forms didn't realise I spent most of the afternoon doing them then dinner was ready 😂 pleasure watching your videos love from the UK xxxx

I LOVE THAT COLOR! If you want that c curve you have to sculpt underneath and it really works don't think they're so fragile. Also you can sculpt the c curve then cure it and then apply to finger tip so they aren't so difficult to hold onto. Sorry I don't know it all I just used these and noticed some info about how they best work. I know you will create gorgeous nails.

I purchase some tips like this from another company, excited to give them a try now. love the chipmunk voice, LOL...thank you for trying these tips out. There is so many products out there and you never know what might work for you. Its good to know what's out there.

I have these used them one time and I can say if you use a form for underneath it comes out nice same with the polygel forms us a sculpting form with it you perfect nail also you can use acrylic with those just like the whole polygel forms

If you love to use tips, with these you can really customize them to your liking, and better than the standard boring plastic ones you can buy anywhere. I think these would be a great purchase. I would definitely make them with hard gels.

Oh I thought you were gonna attach the tips and then do dual form and polygel over. Might as well use a regular form lol but thanks for this. In the shortcuts I’ve seen they basically do what you do but with a form just a few mm away from cuticle
Russian nail forms. Girl I have these also and they're so neat but they make a super big c curve.

I think this would be good for those who want clear/see through nail designs only on the top portion of the nail and don't want the edge of a tip showing through.

I was thinking could you use the opposite end of the brush to push the gel down to make the C curve more pronounced before you put it under the lamp. Just asking because I don't know if it will work out. But I like the nails. 👍👍

Builder gel can be a thick, medium, and thin viscosity if I remember correctly. I only have the thick one and love it. Very easy to work with. It can also come in many colors. It comes in a pot mostly. Although companies have started making builder gel in bottles and tubes now as well. I am ordering some in a bottle to try that out here really soon. Just depends on what viscosity you prefer to work with as well as from a pot, tube, or bottle. 😊

I have tips like these but used builder gel for mine. I did it a different way though. Since I had a little nail edge I first attached it to under my free edge and then built out the tip with builder gel and then once done built out the rest of the nail
