Hi. I'm the guy who started the "Iceman" Infiltrator in the Bioware forum. I just played this mission yesterday, so no more spoilers to me, so I watched the video.
That is similar to what I'm playing as well. Shoot > Wait > Freeze > Incinerate > Cryo Explosion.
Are you carrying any sidearms or just the Viper? I'm using the Carnifex now. Is similar to Viper but with short range in mind.
I'm using Kaidan to have an extra freeze ability with Cryo Blast.
Cryo Ammo powered Concussion Blast would be interesting as well. I didn't test it.
I am just carrying the Viper here. You do not really need a second weapon on this build, nor do you for most classes, builds, and playstyles.
Concussive Shot amplified with Cryo Ammo can work, but you would likely need a separate power to detonate the cryo explosions. If I recall, Amplification on Concussive Shot works a little funny with Cryo Ammo, in that it does not detonate already-frozen enemies, it just tries to re-freeze them. But it has been a while since I tried, so I could be remembering that incorrectly.
RedCaesar97 On the Mass Effect Wiki it is written: "Combining Incendiary Ammo or Cryo Ammo with the level 6 Amplification evolution will allow you to single-handedly detonate fire or cryo explosions. This is particularly lethal if you have opted for radius over damage since Concussive Shot will then affect multiple foes at once and devastate whole groups if used correctly;"

I was thinking that firing a Concussive Shot with Cryo Ammo amplification will grant you an instant Cryo Explosion.
What waepons and mods u use for infiltrator?
Depends on the Infiltrator.
1. For a sniper-focused Infiltrator, you would want Javelin or Kishock sniper rifle, with damage and spare clip mods.
2. For a more tech power focused Infiltrator (like in this video), I would want a slow-firing weapon like Scorpion pistol, Viper sniper rifle, or Saber assault rifle to use with Cryo ammo. Slow firing weapons have a higher chance of freezing enemies with Cryo ammo. You want piercing mod on the weapon. Pistols and SMGs can give you a power damage amp mod that increases power damage.
3. For a shotgun-focused cloak CQC builds, you can just about any shotgun. You probably want a piercing mod, along with either damage or spare clip mod.
4. For other builds, use what you like or what you think is best. Having a piercing mod is generally a good idea.

This is part of the Leviathan DLC. It is the mission where you have to go pick up Ann Bryson at a dig site.
