I Always figured the ''back ribbons'' were in fact the back of the waistcoat. (and thus that the waistcoat was just a lot longer in the back then it is in the front)
The coat's color is generally black, some scenarios and lighting in-game just makes it look dark brown. But, besides that, pretty good. I'll just change the color when i'll hopefully make it.
can you tell me what type of fabrics did you use? all of them, and how manny yards did you use also and what width of fabric did you purchase? and what type of pattern did you use? oh and whats the mesurement that you also used.
F aux leather is actually easier to sew, that's why i use it for my cosplay's. And it does it looks amazing so long as you dont get the plastic looking one x

***** He uses *real* leather for other parts. Also, faux leather is hard to sew and it doesn't always look as good.
