I've had mixed experiences with them - some of the colors last for ages (the burgundies and blues) but the purples and greens faded fast. I also find the amount they bleed/stain varies hugely depending on color. The reds/purples didn't bleed at all but the blues stained things even when the hair was dry! I probably like them more than Manic Panic and Arctic Fox and less than Lunar Tides. My hair always feels amazing after using them tho!
can you recommend a blue that is easy to get rid of?🙏🏼
Their blues never left my hair. it took so many color theory dyes to get their mid ton blue out. ugh
I had a wonderful experience with one of their purple (the shade Genie). Personally, it lasted forever on my hair and I got something like 5 or 6 uses out of a single jar? It's super pigmented so even with conditioner it doesn't really change the original color.
I shaved my head after using their bright blue shade. It wouldn’t come out.

The purple color 'genie' is sooo pretty, pigmented, and has a more pinky undertone. Looooove this periwinkle color you made!!
Havent tried any of their other colors though.
I used the neon peach shade over my hair this summer multiple times, and it was beautiful, faded so well, and left no color around to stick to my hair. I loved it so much and lime crime colors are probably my favorite that I have tried.
Neon peach is my fave, as well.🧡

Definitely depends on the shade, like one of the ones that held up best is genie I went swimming when I was trying to fade it and it barely budged lol. The bubblegum rose, jello, and anime, and cloud are some of my favorites.
Oh yay, I just used genie on my hair yesterday and I've never used their color before so I'm wondering how it'll hold up on my virgin roots. I colored the rest of my hair with uberliss nebula blue and genie on my regrowth.
You look really good with your roots growing out. Your natural color looks very nice with the platinum.

I use to use the shade anime, a super bright blue/teal shade and it was my absolute favorite! It was vibrant and lasted a long time, and never had an issue with staining. I wish that lime crime made a neon green shade because I would buy it in a heartbeat 💖

I used lime crime in the shade chocolate cherry and it lasted really well for me. It did eventually wash all the way out but it didn't just fade out in a couple washes.
I used cloud last summer and it was one of my favorite colors! It lasted a really long time for me and faded very well, hopefully you get similar results from it!
I’ve used like crime for years. Both the full coverage and currently the tints. I love them 🥰🥰🥰 I use the shades Cloud and Oyster for my own lavender hair. Yours turned out GORGEOUS!!!!

And third...Thank you for being the biggest inspiration for me to finally go full on RAINBOW with my hair. 1 1/2 years ago, my thoughts would be "I could never carry off rainbow", but after all of the color changes I've been through over that time(most recently being Purple, Yellow and Green for Mardi Gras), I said "F*** it! I went full on rainbow and have gotten nothing but love from everyone who has seen it the past 2 days. The best part is the shock when people who don't know I do it all myself find out that "no, I didn't pay someone to do this. I did it all myself". THAT, I think is what I find most gratifying. Along with how much everyone loves every single change I make.

Yaas! Lime crime is my go too hair dye. It honestly never disappoints me. Leaves the hair sooo soft and shiny. Also we have very similar hair color right now.. I am platinum with my roots growing out lol. So I might have to try this color combo ☺️

I loved the red from lime crime, I’ve created a really beautiful pink colour and it washed out on a few washes and really evenly! Loved it. Can’t wait to touch up my blonde hair to do it again 💕
Wow the finished result is gorgeous! Periwinkle is one of my favorite colors. Lime Crime has a full coverage periwinkle shade that you'd probably love! It's called Peri Dust; hair needs to be platinum to get the full color. Seriously the smell of their hair products is amazing! It's their signature Unicorn scent and definitely my favorite of anything I've tried.

I'm glad you like it! I have been using the Lime Crime Unicorn Hair Dye ever since it launched, and it's honestly my favorite, they really nailed it. The colors are very pigmented, and it smells AMAZING! So many fun colors to choose from. The price is reasonable for the amount of product when compared to price/fl oz ratio of other well-known brands, and I try to stock up a little when it goes on sale. I've also tried more brands of colorful hair dye than I can count, and I keep coming back to the Unicorn hair dye. Great job Lime Crime! 👍
I've used the chocolate cherry shade and I LOVE it, it last really long in my experience and I shower in hot water and it still last in my hair and doesn't fade
I tried their neon peach shade and bubblegum rose, it faded out quickly and the color was vibrant, always love watching you try anything💖😂

I tried Lime Crime hair dye for the first time a few weeks ago, and I'm very disappointed. I got the shade Aesthetic, which is supposed to be a full coverage shade. It covered my pre-lightened level 10 hair, but WOULD NOT TOUCH my natural white hair. I've never had that problem with any other dye before. My white hair has always taken color just as well as (if not better than) my bleached hair. Anyway, I'm waiting for this to wash out and then I'm going to bleach my roots and try the Bleach London Pearlescent next. It looked so pretty when you tried it! Also, to me, it smells EXACTLY like the Debbie Gibson Electric Youth perfume that I had when I was a kid.
That's what the smell reminds me of! It flashed me back to the early 90s, but I couldn't put my finger on it. I also had a rough time with Aesthetic. I'm at a pre-lightened level 10 with about 25% gray, I left it on for 2 hours, and when I washed it out, it looked like I had done literally nothing to my hair. It was soft and smelled really nice, but a little bit of color deposit would have been even nicer.

I only use lime crime colors and they all fade amazing. It lasts maybe 2 months or so for me (I wash my hair once a week)? I typically do my roots every 2 months so it works out with the timing. The tints don't last as long of course. Anime/Smokey Blue was the only one I had hard time getting out so far but it still faded to a very pretty blue. Also super easy to mix if you want to customize your color a little (like yours!).

I love Unicorn Hair dye, the darker colors actually show up pretty well on my light brunette hair, but I always wait until black Friday/cyber Monday sale
I use the colour "lipstick" from lime crime And I'm only just re doing it now in March but I originally dyed it in October. Mind you, I usually wash my hair with cool water, no heat tools, ect.
i use the shade jello and its a dream! it lasts forever on me, i'll go months and months between touchups. its a green though, so of course itll have more staying power
