My 2013 Fiat 500 passenger side window regulator broke. I purchased the Dorman 751-649 regulator and used your video to install it. The installation went pretty easy, but here's my problem. When I roll my window up it doesn't go up evenly like it isn't balanced. I have to adjust it inch by inch and put it back into place so the plastic clip doesn't break. I see your regulator has a small wing that goes under the right corner and mine does not. Do you think that's the issue? What brand did you use?
I used Dorman as well. Hmmm...this is a tough one. I would try pulling the regulator out again and testing its movement by reconnecting and turning key on and then moving the switch. Assuming it works correctly, I would double check the window movement by hand to see if it's binding somewhere on its track or elsewhere. Hope this helps and good luck.
@@gsgarage2462 Hey there! I was able to fix the issue. I did not notice at first but the clip that holds the glass in place on the track had also broke. I was able to get a new piece and fix it

I have a 2013 Fiat 500 and for a couple of weeks the passenger window was making a popping sound when I lowered it. Now it's slipping. Am I dealing with a bad regulator or something else? Thanks for the vid and for your answer.
Sounds like a regulator. The problem is usually that the plastic clip piece attached to the window no longer stays on the track properly. I replaced with a Dorman unit since it was cheaper and I didn't have much faith that a Mopar unit was any better if it had already failed on a 6 year old car. Good luck with your repair.

how do you hold window up while working on changing out regulator
It will usually wedge itself in the dew sweep and hold there. If not, just get a helper to hold it up while you remove and re-install regulator.
Was there not a screw behind the interior door handle?
There was one in my Fiat 500e.

2013 Fiat 500 sport want to replace driver's door entire door.
Looks to be just 2 hinge bolts, stopper allen bolt, and electrical connection that needs to be removed. Good luck
