Access Louisville: Louisville Airport to Honor Muhammad Ali

The Louisville Regional Airport Authority Board voted to rename the city’s airport for its native son Muhammad Ali. Standiford Field will now be known as the Louisville Muhammad Ali International Airport. The airport’s three-letter (IATA) Location Identifier - SDF - will not change.

Hello everyone, I just wanna share with you a true story about the greatest human being and athlete Mohamed Ali: I live in Cincinnati Ohio I am an Uber driver and I was at CVG airport waiting for a trip and I got request to pick up a japennese couple with two kids....they came from Japan specially to visit the memorial museum of the global icon in Louisville.....the father told me that he was watching M. Ali since he was 6 y old........After that I realized that Mohamed Ali was the G.O.A.T not only in sport but also as great ambassador for all of us......RIP

Naming a Major airport after a Muslim in this time of islamic phobia took a lot of courage. These men and women that did this are great human beings. May Allah bless them with the good of this life.
