What happens to the water temperature in the evap air cooler? Is it possible for both the air and the water to cool as a result of the evaporation? In the CT sens heat transfers from water to the air thus causing the temps to go in different directions. If the temps are flipped like in the evap air cooler does the air get colder and the water droplet get warmer?

@Brian McDonough My understanding is as follows (before watching the video): the sum entalphy of water and humid air is equal at entry (1) and exit (2). Introduction of water with large area (droplets) in the air with relative humidity lower than 100% will cause rapid evaporation until 100 RH is reached. In the process temperature of water droplets will drop. This will cause lowering of temperature for the air (conduction) and water (convection, mass transfer, droplets which did not evaporated falling into the pan).
Please correct me if I'm wrong.

hi..i have a question in different subject if you can help
in evaporative cooling...is it useful to decrease the temp of water spry or water washer
ex: if out air 36c,60%rh..on psy with 90% evaporative efficiency.h ll get a 28c db and 90%rh..
so if i enter a 7c cold water to the washer .will i get a cold air temp....with knowing that in 100%humidity the db is about 27c
    thanks

If air at dry bulb temp at 36 deg C and RH at 42 %, i want to cool the air at 11 deg C by adding chilled water through evaporatorive cooler.
    What be the following parameters.
    Makup chiller water required temperature?
    Quantity of makeup chiller water?
And TR load of makeup chiller water?
    Kindly explain with calculation
