An he deserves his money back but more than likely won’t get it back. They way child support is set up it’s really unfair. I think dna test should be mandatory when a child is born. It ruins a lot of men’s lives. Some never get papers saying they need to take a paternity test due to address changes and not being home. They get labeled as the father. If a woman knows she slept with more than 1 man and the man is proven not to be the dad the woman should go to jail or have some kind of repercussion. I also think it shouldn’t be a statue of limitations on proving your not the father. In Texas if a man is on the birth certificate 4 years or more legally he’s the dad no matter what dna says.

No doubt if she had the money she would but its a lot of money in CS accumulated over time, and its a stretch to think she will be able to repay him. This is why the judge said there is no guarantee he will get the money back. Judge probably said that to get the mother off the hook as she is stating on film infront of a judge that she will pay him back and the man could potentially get a judgment against her based on that. With the "disclaimer" said by the Judge, the lady is off the hook for repayment. Guy seems like a decent man so he stands a good chance of letting it go seeing how it would be a financial burden on the child.

@@ShaniRashida Judge Lauren made it clear to the man that despite what the mother was promising (to repay the money from CS), he may in fact not be legally entitled to it. Yes, her statement may be on film, but the law may technically say she doesn't have to. Just because you say something doesn't necessarily mean you have to legally follow through. BIG difference.

As bad as this actually was, it's amazing to see both of them be civil in the end. He even goes as far as to say that they're still good. That is true friendship right there. They are both hurt and that man spent a lot of money on a child that is not even his, and yet he looked past that and wants to keep their friendship steady. A horrible situation turned into something they handled better than a lot of others even could have tried.

The one benefit out of committing infidelity, which could ruin everything, is somehow enough to go forward with it. They throw their morals and respect for their partner out of the window because they have pathetically surrendered to their selfish spirit at that moment. To me, such an act clearly means you don't love the person. Normally, you leave the person alone if you are not in love with them. But some folks want to have their cake and eat it too, putting their partner on the back burner to get something at home as well. They possess an immature, selfish spirit, I tell you.
