Wouldn't it be more realistic if the pad holder would not move to the left after the left hook. Sparring partner would'nt to it neither
maybe its to let the boxer memorise the perfect distance, positioning and timing
@@ngtstr yeah but my point is in a real scenario your opponent would not do it for you neither. So why drill something that is not going to happen
