I been all over these grounds 1000X over with a handful
of other metal detectors.. (Cherry Picking)
I think it is time for me to up my Game..

How to get the most out of the detector you are using? What location you are digging in? Should You cherry pick or dig everything? Questions only the person who is using the detector can only answer as a preference how he/she can only answer.. Man Do I love this Hobby

Nice assortment of stuff on that plate at wrap up. :) I think that part you called a part of a combo lock is a part of a connector for an electrical box.
You might be right.. it has 8 points coming off from it and a screw like inside.. They sure do ring up nice.. Happy Hunting Peace

Good seeing you back out, and I still havent learned how to detect. There are alot of channels out there you can tell do not know what they are doing and then call themselves detectorist.
I guess as long as you are out digging and swinging a detector around that makes us a detectorist..lol 12 yr I dug a lot of clad and rings and bling and trash. We all do Understanding your detector is probably the most important thing to know.. And I am going to try and learning this detector as much as I can.. Happy Hunting .

And I see that you have ALOT OF Ground Moisture and it's really going to get the Same Area Target's to really sound off and then you having the lower Sensitivity gives the Detector a good chance to get the Targets and then not be bouncing around with the Signal's and then not locking it in and the other thing that I noticed is you didn't change the -19 setup and I was running the Xterra Pro on -4 but I have been using it up to now 20 from the -16 on it and I haven't felt like it was missing anything yet and I did find a Mercury Dime 1944 and like you I was very much surprised that it was still there after the years that people have detected the Park and then your not not in a hurry to get everything that is bleeping off and then the Targets Tone's on Anything Minelab Detector's are just that much better than the other Simple Detector that I was using and the Minelab Detector's having their own Tone's for each Coin is the Best Game Changer and when it's really good, it's a Totally Solid Tone and you're Doing it Right...... Swing Low Sweet Chariot, I think that is how the Song goes LoL 😂.... 🕊️......
I went down on the sensitivity so I only got surface to so many inches down. I think I did lower it past 15 or so but I know i took it down some .. Thanks For watching.. Peace
@@ohdannyboyjustadiggin and then 15 is still pretty powerful but the moisture is the key factor in metal detecting and the targets have to be there..... 👍.....

Detectors are all Overpriced...we all fall for the pretty gadgets...600 can do what the manticore does...😂😂😂

the 600 nox for 500 bucks but like you i like the 100 scale better should i wait
for the 700 to go on sale? They said they have fixed thr problems on the 600 and 800
but idk.
Bill if you like the wider VDI/tone range then I would wait as you have a couple of very capable detectors already. I know Finders Keepers Likes the 800 and has done really well with it I know I like the 600 and not worried about getting it wet in rain but I will not use it in the waters. I will not be taking the 700 and drowning it either. With all the new detectors that came out with last yr and flooded the market i am not sure what would be good for someone to buy.. Personal choice . But I am really digging the 700 a little more then the 600 as I use it more.

Yes I am a smoker and I know I smoke way to much.. But when I am out detecting I seem to not smoke as much as I smoke more when I am sitting around bored off my butt.. Thanks Brother.. Happy Hunting . Peace
