This was very cool! Thanks for showing us this tiny jail 🙂 Chris is adorable ☺️ Hopefully you’ll find out your court date soon, Brent 😜 Have a great week!
Great video Brent! I work just north of Tweed off Hwy 37 and know their little jail which is a tad wider than Creemore's jail. Looking forward to your next historic short! Cheers
What a well built structure, it will last a very long time. A replacement, built the same would cost quite a bit more these days. Thanks for sharing this gem. 👍
Wow Brent. What a great fund. You got arrested for urbexing. Haha! From the outside it looks like a little house. Thanks for the little tour and take care.
Wow, how cool! Different & nostalgic. Wow, that is small I don't think I could handle stepping in there, yikes! Great pic of you & Chris at the end, great idea. Thanks for sharing. Love, hugs & God Bless you all 💞💞
you need to do a road trip, up old # 11 there is still some nice old empty places along the way from Barrie to thunder bay .lots of house,s barns, lots of days gone by, just an idea. don,t know your work schedule, but a couple of days may get you 10 or 12 old places. I liked and watched, many times the old content, but would like to see some new stuff. yes I liked and subscribed
Yes notification arrived right on time 🙌😁 Excellent short doc something totally different of everything so far as always it is a pleasure to watch each of your video, thank you so much for sharing this really small jail 🔐 and thank you for being up early tonight 👍Big greetings and kiss for my favorite explorer from Serbia 🇷🇸❤🇨🇦❤ Good night ⭐😁 and ofcourse thank you Chris 👏
Such cool find Brent! I am glad they didn't want to spend those $24 dollars. I didn't know such places existed for real, it was something I only saw in cartoons 😁 Thanks for sharing! I really enjoyed it.
That was different. That little jail is in great shape! It would be nice to spend a night in there in the winter with the little stove going! Take car 🇨🇦 ❤️
Wow! That is sooo cool!! Thanks so much for this awesome content and thanks to the kind gentlemen that showed you this place! Nice to see historic places like this, so valuable to our history!
I love historical site volunteers. Back when Ohio's COVID numbers were at the bottom, we went out to Salt Fork State Park, around July 4th. One of the homesteads that was largely flooded (other than the house itself) to create the lake had a historical site, within the state park. It was maintained by volunteers - we went and toured it. There were two volunteers who explained everything. They're the heroes of history, in some ways. Often, these sites aren't prominent enough to make the history books - but they're still relevant.
@@lovinglife6080 oh ok sorry to hear that Debbie. Would you mind we chat up more better on google chat so we can get to know each other’s and share up some common interest together as friends?
My late husband and I visited this jail. This gaol, as we were told when we visited. In January the prisoners must have felt frozen to the wall or floors. Terrible conditions, but normal for the time period.
Creemore is about a 30 min drive from my house and I was just there 2 weeks ago. How come I never knew about this place? I definitely would have checked it out!!
not bitching, but are any new abandoned videos coming soon? need my fix and your videos are the best :) you are respectful and don't make it about you .so liked and subscribed.
The Goderich jail is also interesting. I felt very sad when I was there. There were people locked up due to mental illness or other sickness. I guess they did not understand that stuff in those days. Of course there were people who did bad things also locked up there. But judgement was harsh in those days.

I really enjoy all your videos and appreciate all your hard work. How can I find out what music you are playing, I enjoy that as well.
I use some of my music from UA-cams royalty free music library
So...are you going to film the log cabin? I like the stuff that's not abandoned too.
Me too. I wanted to see the log cabin.
Maybe another video 😁👍🏻

St. Catharines has a small jail like that in Port Dalhousie. I don't think that you can go in it either.

Definitely not the smallest in North America. There is a one room jail in Redbird, Oklahoma. That is half if not a third of that size.
yep, it's on route 66 , I saw it too
That was a garden shed 😂
Are there any more abandoned jails in Canada? I know some have been decomissioned.
Yes lots big ones too
