I remember Ahmad Bradshaw came in as 7th rounder, wasn’t capable of pass pro early on but 3-4 years in he was one of the better RBs at pass protection. Saquon never got it down. And Barkley was not the greatest in bringing the ball in while he was running full speed so he got tackled soon after he caught the ball & that definitely happened a lot more in the last 2 - 3 yr. , besides his average pass blacking skills !!!

Ask Recco what position other than RB should Barkley have played to reach the NFL? He could have made 4-10 times more as a QB but can he play that position? He wouldn't have made it as a Receiver. Can't tackle so he can't play defense. Maybe a Safety but he's a little too bulked up for that.
I'm happy the giants didn't pat Barkley that. Love the guy but he is a RB and injury prone. It was the right decision.

Salaries for these players is out of control. The majority of us can barely put groceries and gas in our broken down 10 year old cars but these players are making 40 million a year to throw a ball.
Owners have to split the revenue with the players, it’s in the CBA.
