Thank you so much for this video! My baby boy is 3 weeks old and I’ve been so frustrated with everything, including feedings. I’ve tried the MedLine double electric pump- hated it, the Tommee Tippee Made for me brand and could not for the life of me get my milk flow going and then I decided to try the Mom Cozy since I’ve heard/read so much good about this pump. Do you recommend pumping the same amount of time you would as a regular plug in pump (15-20 mins) or do you need to pump longer with these?
Thanks for the great question. I would pump for the same amount of time as a plug-in electric pump and monitor your output. I also recommend trying different suction settings to see what works best for you.
is it rechargeable? or I need to buy batteries
It's rechargeable via usb 😊
If needed, you can buy additional flange insert sizes via Momcozy on Amazon: amzn.to/3SVNsvI (affiliate).
They have size 15mm, 17mm, 19mm, 21mm, 24mm, 27mm available.
These will insert into the 24mm flange, so you only need the insert in the correct size and that will fit into the flange.
So you stack the flanges??? I’m a 19 so should I put my 21 flange in and then my 19 over top??? I’m getting milk but I’m not being emptied so I’m trying anything I can
So sorry but no you do not need to stack the flanges. This was my error. Just choose the correct flange insert for your flange.
If you're not being emptied, I recommend double checking your seals and making sure than your parts don't need replacing (I.e. duckbill valve).
Is this pump comparable with the mom cozy app?
I believe it is only for the new Mobile Flow at this stage.
How do you prep/wash it for first use? I’m so confused on the instructions it comes with.

I have issue with the charging level, it keep on the charge for like 6 hours and then only works once

if the flange size 17 is big and I can’t buy a smaller one right now .. what can I do with other flanges to size down
Unfortunately my only recommendation if the 17mm is too big is to look for a smaller flange insert like the 15mm (amzn.to/3xOox55 #ad). This will fit directly into your 24mm flange.
