Yes! First time I had em in a pub, a bloke said they are basically premium Frazzles. And I tell you what, they are god tier. Great crunch, great flavour and healthier given their wholegrain base. At least that's what I say to justify it.

There used to be a bakers in East London (my 1st job at 14) called Percy Ingles and their sausage rolls were absolutely elite! Mr Ingle died years ago and sadly the shops around East London are no more but those sausage rolls, bread and cakes were probably the best around!
I recently won a very large box of Turners Pork Scratchings. I boshed a fair few packets over a weekend then took the rest into work and shared them around the office with my colleagues. Everyone had a big smile reminiscing for a while briefly forgetting that we were all slaves to the system…
The best Pork Scratchings are from Farmfoods. They come in a black bag with white writing and they are called "Black Country Pork Scratchings" They are fantastic ! I love them !
Agreed, salad cream on a scotch egg is pure bliss. Also: spam and salad cream sarnies are the dog's. Straight out of the tin with salad cream; if you're frying it first then it's brown sauce.

People stare blankly when I say about them..I emailed Nabisco or whoever it was who owns the brand to ask if they’d ever do em again. They said sadly no plans. Get Danny Dyer to throw his cockney weight behind a retro re-launch
