Sir in this vedio you talk about sideways oscillation because of cone shaped wheels and gradient of tracks to solve these two problems we can use a third rail in the middle of track a hook type wheel set will be attached to the third rail to control this sideways oscillation and restrict the upward movement of the bogie which will save the derailment of the train and the thrid rail will be connected through a pole which will be ground to give the strength to third rail by this method thecost of track will be definitely increase but in this way we can use all our existing train's to operate high speed and reduce derailment in comparison of other options
