This is spectacular, probably the most concise and informative Starfinder rules video I’ve seen. That Solarian example was wonderful. Where were you months ago when I started learning this system? Lol. Thank you so much, I can’t wait to see more of these!
Yes, that is my understanding of the rules. Once you select a Stellar Mode, every round after that you choose to either stay in that mode or become unattuned... "switch to the other mode" is not a listed option. I visualize it as you're harnessing solar power around you and must safely release it before you can begin drawing Gravitons to you. You can either release the solar energy by using a Zenith Power or at the start of your turn by becoming Unattuned. But then must wait until your next turn to enter the Graviton Stellar Mode.
i personally just ruled that the SROs could not have telepathic conversations with my Lashunta players and it has led to some pretty funny situations. maybe over time ill allow the technomancer to be able to talk to them in this way.
